Yonik House has always been my creative sanctuary. Over time, it has taken many forms, and now it has blossomed into its most aligned expression: holistic wellness, land healing, and consciousness raising. 💫

In these times of global crisis — when fear and anger can easily consume us — we are invited to choose another path. One that nurtures our bodies, strengthens our communities, and tends to the lands.

Yonik House is devoted to intersectional healing, offering:

🌑 Monthly Moon Ceremonies rooted in lunar cycles and elemental wisdom — deeply transformative community gatherings.

✨ 1:1 Reiki Sessions (virtual + in person) to support balance across body, mind, and spirit.

🌱 Dirt Therapy Workshops through urban farming — seed saving, composting, fire cider brewing, and earth-based education for kids, neurodiverse folks, and communities.

🌿 Holistic Wellness Mentorship — personalized 1:1 sessions to explore your healing journey and co-create a protocol that supports your unique path.

All offerings are sliding scale. This work has so far blossomed *OFFLINE* but I’m grateful to share this heart-led work to broaden our intentional circles.

Dirt Therapy Day was a sucsess! 🌱✨

We spent the day getting grounded—literally—with our hands in the compost and 90s house music on the speakers. From dancing while planting to closing with a powerful Reiki and cacao ceremony, every moment was a reminder of how good it feels to slow down.
These are the moments that matter: small intentional groups, new friendships, and healing the body, mind, and soul. How incredible to see May bring such gorgeous abundance from farms near and far!

My dear friends at the @thesourceperu sent updates to their heurto - organic veggie garden we helped design down in the sacred valley, nourishing friends going through transformational soul work. These people feel like family to me and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be with them.

@brooklyngrange season at @javitscenter is off to a great start, learning and working along side some incredible folks who are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to organic farming.

The spring season of dirt therapy & workshops is in full swing!

This spring season of urba perming has been a beautiful reminder that healing the land can happen anywhere — on rooftops, in tiny backyards, in shared community spaces, through every hand willing to touch the soil. 🌱✨

Watching people reconnect to the earth — and to each other — has been the greatest gift. Even better, energetically, this conscious gathering holds space for how we can best serve our global family and local community.

This past moon ceremony I offered reiki infused apothecary products for the first time! From #essentialoils #floweressencetinctures #roomspray and local #beeswaxcandles ~ these tools help support whatever integration process you are going through.

When I was stressed from exams - peppermint essential oil reinvigorated my energy.

When I was weaning off NDRIs - flower essence therapy helped me manage the emotional highs and lows.

When I needed literally 60 seconds of peace, these reiki infused candles brought intention and groundedness to my meditation practice.

My reiki journey started in 2020, though working in subtle Energy was nothing new. Growing up, I always felt a hint of something greater than the physical world in front of me…but then life calls you to pick a career, an identity to make moving through this chaotic world a bit more more manageable…and then poof…that liminal space fades.

Then my dad got sick. I felt a calling to explore any modality possible to help his healing journey. Reiki, a Japanese energy medicine which is simply known as “The Laying of Hands” was a simple tool to ease his pain…and mine.

Under the encouragement of loved ones, I became certified Level II practioner, and over the past 6 years it has been my primary modality for healing, transformation and consciousness raising.

Reiki is the greatest use of my time. Be it group ceremonies or individual sessions, I feel not only the energy rise of my client, but the energy rise of my own soul’s purpose.

I’m beyond grateful to practice Reiki with family, friends, plants 🌱 and a community that is expanding every day through grassroots connections, fated encounters, and a soul ties that pull us together like magnets. 🧲

Whether you or a loved one are grieving, transforming, healing core wounds, or even going through the death process, it would be my honor to assist you on that journey.

Sometimes the best medicine is soil, seeds and community! 🤝🪴

This SATURDAY 3/7 join us at Yonik House from 11-2pm, where we will have a compost workshop & kick back to reconnecting with our urban lands. As spring starts to awaken, we’ll learn how to make DIY rooftop gardens, lay compost, plant seeds (BYOC - bring your own egg cartons 😅), and close with a heart-opening cacao meditation.

Urban life moves fast — but the soil reminds us to breathe, be patient, and grow.

Peru was the most challenging and triumphant experience of my life.

I came to the Sacred Valley to build an organic vegetable garden at @thesourceperu — and to deepen my devotion to farming and land stewardship.

What I didn’t anticipate was how deeply this experience would test me — immersing myself in a Quechua-speaking community where English wasn’t an option, working alongside men while confronting my own internalized misogyny and worthiness, and adapting to unforgiving soil and dramatic mountain climates.

There were moments that felt almost unreal — our train derailing on the return from Machu Picchu, communication barriers that required surrender and humility, and plant medicine ceremonies that illuminated stories I had buried for years.

And then there was the beauty: friendships that felt ancient and immediate, laughter reverberating through the Andes, a soul family and the profound fulfillment of contributing to something cosmic. 💫

I watched seedlings break through compacted earth as I felt old layers of trauma surface and soften within me. I let go of outdated stories about my value. I began shaping a clearer vision of my purpose — one I am energized and ready to dedicate myself to now that I’m back in New York.

Pachamama didn’t coddle me. She refined me.
