“He’s an inspiration to every artist out there, still to this day the inspiration of Prince is just amazing.”

The 2026 Prince Celebration has come to a close, but his legacy continues to live on here in Minneapolis and across the world! The SPEAK MPLS Team got the chance to catch up with two of Prince’s former dancers @victoria.willis77 and @yonnakari (1992 - 1994), and an actress @lorrielean who has appeared in a few of his movies. People flew in from all across the globe came to Minneapolis to experience Prince’s home state alongside his legacy that has endured. Just as Victoria said, “the legend never dies!”💜
