Knowledge alone is not what matters most; what truly matters is the ability to make it accessible to others. The clearest sign of deep understanding is being able to explain an idea with clarity, simplicity, and in a way that connects with each individual. In that bridge between knowledge and comprehension lies a rare form of empathy, one that few ever fully master. - Yooando DGA.

It’s not just about accelerating.

It’s about knowing how to brake to convert your speed into rotation.

Then block and stabilize to transfer that energy into the disc.

Accelerate → Brake → Stabilize

That’s how power becomes distance. 🥏

What do you think?

🥏 WE BUILD ATHLETES.

At Yooando DGA, we believe great throws start long before the disc leaves your hand.

We build athletes from the ground up developing mobility, strength, control, movement quality and mental resilience to help you perform at your best while taking care of your body.

Because disc golf is not just about throwing farther.
It’s about moving better, staying healthy and becoming more efficient with every throw.

💪 Healthier body.
🧠 Stronger mindset.
⚙️ Better mechanics.
🎯 More efficient throws.

The technique starts with the body.

This is Yooando Disc Golf Academy.

They say science doesn’t equal accuracy in disc golf…

So here’s my answer. 👀

Straight shots. Low ceilings. Same goal: hit the line and trust the numbers.🥏🎯

You don’t have to believe me. Just watch the throws. 😉

And of course, it wouldn’t be the same without @discmaniadiscs discs. 🖤🥏

🏆 Great Performance at the World Championships

🇺🇸 Lucas Hoberholtzer Hess finished an impressive 42nd place out of 200 players, competing at the highest international level and performing above his rating.

🇨🇴 Jaime Velázquez also took on a world-class field, finishing 178th out of 200 players while likewise performing above his rating, showing his ability to compete at this level and continue growing as a player.
