With everything going on at the moment I’m treating myself to more corms. The puddle method is so far working?? I think?? I’ll do an update on my black velvet soon….

Please let this be the one where it sprouts. Otherwise I’m lost as to what medium to grow them in. Only time will tell

Might very easily be one of my fave plants. So far he’s pretty easy and he grows quite quickly

In doing so, I nearly killed my baby pink black velvet. A very big lesson learnt for today and from now on my corms will be in tiny pots until they have a big enough root ball 🙃

Well not the content I wanted to post but I need your guys help… I have no idea what is wrong with my black velvet 😬. Is this normal when producing a leaf?? I decided to repot her and take out the corm which I’m naming BV7

If the mother plant dies, I really want BV7 to survive. All my other corms so far apart from BV5 have succumbed to rot and BV 5 has no sign of rot 🤞🏻. With how big it is I’m hoping to get her going but we will see. I have added a humidity dome and popped it in @ukhouseplants soil to see if that helps but there’s nothing else I can do apart from watch and see
