And just like that. Something me and @iam.elianareyes talked about doing over dinner, filming our father’s release and our reunion with him after 26 years, is now an award winning film lol. Wow! Shout out to the family, and crew for helping bring this to life. Couldn’t be prouder. #khali @iam.elianareyes @negrong @lorenajorge22 @mcduffphoto @christian_reyesofficial @strickly_biniz @pastormaximoreyes @nicolevisions @derekbreuer @randywhisky @jayvalera_ @ayejairus @iamladymidnight and also to my brother @iamjmcfly who didnt get to watch the finished version but was instrumental in helping me get to this point. Fun fact: Latinos make up nearly 20% of the U.S., yet only 10 Latino actors have ever won an Oscar and around 10 Emmy wins total in 76 years.

Meanwhile, we dominate global music, from Bad Bunny headlining the Super Bowl to Latinos topping charts worldwide. So why is film and TV still behind?

It’s time for Hollywood to catch up with the culture.

My goals is to do just that.
