The Freshman @the_only_helene gets it done under the lights to become 2x All American !!

Last night’s performance of 14.48m breaks her own School Record and puts her #5 in the NAIA. This is the 3rd time she’s broke the record (indoor and outdoor) this year.

Helene fought through so much adversity these past two weeks but she didn’t let that stop her. We are all so proud of how she step up under the bright lights and competed with Sans Puer ! Last night was a moment a lot of us won’t forget for a very long time.

Great work Helene now go enjoy a much deserved break!!!

Your newest Indoor All American in the Shot Put, Keenan “Tyga” Blair 🐺🤘🏻💣

Talk about it only takes 1 throw. Coming in ranked 31st to jumping up into the 8th spot. Two weeks ago he wasn’t even qualified for nationals. This truly shows his character and his determination this past month!
So unbelievably proud of this guy !!

TWO ALL-AMERICANS & TWO FINALISTS ON DAY TWO!! Congratulations to Helene Rae (shot put) and Rozzlyn Cazier (10,000m) on finishing the season with the highest honors!! Today will be a big day for Kylee Quinton and Josie Patton who advanced to steeplechase finals after yesterday’s prelim as well as Kiely Munson in the 1,500m after her prelim on Wednesday. COACH OF THE YEAR!!! Huge congrats to @yote_throws coach Bryan Terry for being named USTFCCCA West Region Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Assistant Coach of the Year (try saying that three times fast). Coach BT’s throwers combined for 66 points at the CCC Championships, Keenan Blair was named meet MVP for scoring the most points, and his crew’s #eventsquad rankings have been SOARING all season. This guy is a @coi_xctf GOAT, and we couldn’t be prouder that he is receiving the recognition he deserves! GO YOTES! by @yote_throws
