✨Self-Discovery and Personal Growth: An aura reading can provide deep insights into your emotional, mental, and spiritual state. Understanding the colors and patterns in your aura can reveal hidden strengths, unresolved issues, and areas for personal development. This self-awareness can be a powerful catalyst for positive change and personal growth.

💫Healing and Well-Being: Aura readings can identify energy blockages or imbalances that may be affecting your physical and emotional health. By recognizing these issues, you can take proactive steps to address them, whether through meditation, energy healing, or lifestyle changes. This holistic approach to well-being can lead to improved health and a more balanced life.

🌟Enhanced Relationships: Understanding your own aura can also help you understand the auras of those around you. This can improve your relationships by fostering empathy, better communication, and a deeper connection with others. By recognizing and respecting the unique energy of each person, you can build stronger, more harmonious relationships.

Omg- How are we hitting October already!

September was a powerful month, so many beautiful new faces were welcomed at Metanoia Toolbox- and I need you to know that each one of you, the light in your eyes, the smile on your face, the calm in your body, the fullness in your heart that you leave with- is literally why we do what we do.

On behalf of myself and ALL the deeply heart centered facilitators the offer their gifts at Metanoia Toolbox- we thank you. We thank you for choosing to listen to your body, to your soul, maybe not even knowing why you’re being pulled towards us, and choosing to show up anyways.

We love serving you and cannot wait to see how we all thrive together!

October is PACKED! And we have a couple of exciting announcements so stay tuned- that will be coming soon.

For now- Here are some awesome events for this weekend - October 2nd-4th!

#mesa #spiritualevents #soundhealingmeditation #auraphotography #reiki

Friday, October 2nd at 6pm we have the unique opportunity to actually see how our energy changes from when we walk in carrying whatever we are carrying and after we are immersed in a beautiful sound healing.

Tessie @youaurastar will be offering before and after Aura Photos and Therese @the_whole_therese will be offering sound healing.

For my fellow over thinking, evidence based, info loving friends, this is sooooo cool!

Did you guess her aura right??!

Blue/indigo combo is incredibly nurturing, kind, INTUITIVE and selfless (to a fault). They go with the flow and are energetic sponges that can get along with everyone. I love a blue aura!!

My face listening to this voice memo 😁😊☺️🤗

An aura photo + reading is a colorful personality test that gives you guidance about the energy you’re currently sitting in.

Every aura photo gets you access to my digital aura reading guide. Which has more aura color info, including ways to ground and cleanse by aura color.

Ready to discover your colors? Make sure you give us a follow to stay up to date on where we’ll be next. If you can’t wait that long, dm us and we’ll set up a 1:1 session
