Sunshine Coast Reiki - Some people don't know this about me! But I have always wanted to learn outside the scope of theraputic practise. I LOVE INFORMATION!...

Doing these courses was more so confirmation of human experiances for me. Tagging my teacher as proof Abigail from Sunshine coast Reiki.

I recommend you see her and get to experience what you already know, but become to afraid of stigma to identify your true self and human ability to read energy.

Also, when your trained and working, never interupt the process.. 🧐

Let the light work through god, the universe and energy! .. Ego does not know everything.

Here is a little insight outside my clinical practise :)

Love shouldn't cost you yourself. ❤️

Sometimes we become so focused on making a relationship work that we forget what it feels like to be ourselves.

We overlook the red flags.
We silence our own needs.
We convince ourselves that love is supposed to hurt.

But healthy love doesn't ask you to abandon yourself to keep someone else.

It's about feeling safe, respected, valued and free to be who you are.

And sometimes, the most powerful relationship you'll ever rebuild is the one you have with yourself.

🔥 Your next chapter starts with you.

What’s one thing you wish you’d known about love sooner?

🌊 What makes U Got This different? I look at the whole person, not just the problem.

A quick surf, a couple of waves, and a little reset in the ocean with Sunny 🦜🌊 got me thinking about what makes my approach to counselling and coaching different.

When someone comes to me struggling, it's easy to develop tunnel vision around the one thing that's hurting them. And yes, we need to work through that. But I also want to understand the bigger picture.

How are you sleeping? Eating? Moving your body? Managing stress? Connecting with others? What does your environment look like? What daily habits are helping you, and which ones might be holding you back?

Because you are more than the problem you're facing.

I combine counselling and coaching to help people understand their past, navigate their present and build a future they genuinely want to live.

🧠 Counselling helps us explore the past — understanding experiences, patterns and emotions that may still be affecting you today.

🔥 Coaching helps us move forward — turning awareness into action, building healthier habits and creating meaningful change, one step at a time.

I draw on the stages of behaviour change to help people make realistic, sustainable changes across their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

Not by trying to change everything overnight. Not by expecting perfection. But by taking small, purposeful steps that build momentum, confidence and a stronger foundation for life.

Because sometimes, the way we begin to heal what happened yesterday is by changing how we live today.

And when we start looking after the whole person, we create more opportunities to move beyond simply managing symptoms and start building a life where we can thrive.

That's what U Got This Counselling & Coaching is about.

Helping you reconnect with yourself, recognise your potential and create a life where you feel happy, healthy and in love with the world again. ❤️‍🔥

Your past may be part of your story, but it doesn't have to write your future.

🌅 One step at a time. You've got this.

A little reminder for your Tuesday morning. ❤️

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You don't need to have the perfect plan.

And you certainly don't need to wait until life feels easy to start showing up for yourself.

Sometimes progress looks like big, exciting leaps forward.

Other times, it's simply getting out of bed, getting to the gym and choosing to keep going.

Wherever you are in your journey, give yourself some grace.

One step at a time. One day at a time.

You've got this. 🔥
