We didn’t even know we needed one, but now it’s one of our favourite appliances! The @nutribulletaus Chill is the ultimate dessert maker and we’ll be reaching for it every time we’re craving some chilled sweets this summer! ☀️

It’s so easy to use and versatile. You can be as creative as you want with endless flavours and dessert combinations. We took advantage of mango season and made a mango froyo on our first try using fresh mango and Greek yoghurt, and it turned out amazing! We were really impressed with how quick the process was and how well the consistency turned out. 😋🥭

@nutribulletaus is also currently running the Ultimate Summer campaign, with 400 prizes and a share of $60,000 to be won. 🤞

We’re already thinking about what to make next. Let us know if you have any ideas!

Nothing beats starting your day with a coffee, and @inglewoodcoffee always has you covered with a range of blends. ☕️

We recently tried the limited edition 888 blend, a dessert-inspired blend, rich, sweet and full-bodied. It gives notes of blackcurrant, caramel melt and dark chocolate. 🍫

We recently tried the all new, easy to make, high protein ramen by @naked.asian.grocer. 🍜

With 17g of protein per serve (27g per 100g) from the air dried noodles and a pretty minimal ingredients list, it’s perfect for hitting your protein and clean eating goals while still eating delicious food. 💪

We tried the spicy mushroom and yuzu shoyu seasoning flavours. The yuzu was on the lighter side while the spicy mushroom had a good kick, making it our preferred flavour.

WORTH THE HYPE‼️🗣️🗣️🗣️

We finally got around to trying @charrdbk and we can definitely see why it’s ranked the 14th best burger in the world by @worldbeststeakrestaurants. 🍔

In our opinion, these are the best burgers in Melbourne. 🏆

We went for the Classic and the Charrd both in double, from the simple menu that consists of just the two in single and double.

Both were absolutely delicious and pretty much perfect. From quality juicy patties, to melted cheese, tangy pickles and rich sauces, there is nothing to fault about these. The smoky char flavour is unmistakable and really takes the burgers to another level.

If we had to pick, we’d take the Charrd over the Classic for the added truffle flavour dimension, but you really can’t go wrong.

Simple, but seriously satisfying, this is burgers at their finest. We’ll certainly be back.

Do be prepared to wait though. We waited around 30-40 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.

A lunch that leaves you full and satisfied with el__jannah!🤝

While we always knew El Jannah does great charcoal chicken meals and sets, we were totally surprised by their new Legendary Lebanese Lunch, available until 4pm.

We visited their new Box Hill location and ordered the Tawouk Fattoush Wrap Meal with fresh charcoal-grilled marinated chicken, crisp fattoush salad and their famous garlic sauce wrapped in fresh Lebanese bread.

The smoky charcoal flavour paired with the fresh crunch of the salad made every bite feel balanced, while the garlic sauce was absolutely divine and just as good as everyone says. 😍

For $14, you get the wrap, chips and a drink, which is a pretty good deal for a quality, satisfying lunch.

There are 3 wrap options to choose from:
- The Tawouk Fattoush (featured)
- The Crispy special - chicken tenders, coleslaw, pickles, garlic sauce & sweet & spicy sauce
- The Tawouk Tabouli - marinated chicken breast garlic sauce, tabouli, chips, and green pickles.

Definitely one we’ll be adding to our rotation!

@mr.yoon.glenwaverley is a cosy Korean restaurant serving up comforting traditional dishes and crispy fried chicken in the heart of Glen Waverley, right off Kingsway. 🇰🇷✨

We ordered:
- Garlic and soy fried chicken 🍗
- Ginseng chicken soup 🥣
- Japchae 🍜
- Seafood pancake 🦑

Our favourite dish of the night was the garlic and soy fried chicken which was packed with flavour, featuring a crispy coating covered in a sweet and savoury sauce that made for a delicious bite. 😋

The seafood pancake was also generously filled and crispy around the edges. 👌

The ginseng chicken soup and japchae, were not our favourite. However, we have high expectations for these dishes as we’ve had very good ones in the past.

Mr Yoon also offers 20% off food (but excluding drinks) during happy hour from 5pm - 6pm Monday to Friday.

@vegie.bowl serves carefully thought out vegetarian dishes for a nostalgic old-school Asian dining experience without meats. We visited their Forest Hill location. They also have a Springvale location. 🌱

We ordered:
- Honey king prawns with cashew nuts 🍤
- Abalone with broccoli 🥦
- Char kway teow 🍜
- Minced pork roasted tofu with olive sauce 🫘
- Sizzling beef 🔥
- Curry puffs 🥐

There were many familiar tastes, such as the smoky wok hei flavour of the char kway teow and sweet glaze of the honey king prawns.

Our favourite dish of the night was actually the abalone with broccoli. The shiitake mushrooms and “abalone” were cooked really well, and the sauce paired perfectly with the dish and rice. 👌

Portions were of good size and service was friendly. ❤️
Overall a solid spot for a filling vegetarian meal!

@ahhmaa.meals is Australia’s first Asian meal kit service, bringing big flavours to the home kitchen with their authentic meals. 💥

We tried out their Hainanese Chicken and Peking Duck and were very impressed by the bold flavours, fresh ingredients and easy to follow instructions that come with each kit. 🤯

Featured is the Peking duck which was so impressive and easy to make. We also LOVED the Hainanese chicken rice which was restaurant quality if not better! The sauces and seasonings are delicious and are all made in house. It’s by far one of the best meal kits out there.

Ahh Maa delivers throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.📍

We love cooking at home and recently tried @proudphoenixco honey chilli crisp with our chicken focaccia sandwich. 🥪

The chilli was on the spicier side and added a strong, aromatic kick and sweetness, elevating the overall flavour. 🥵

The honey chilli crisp is just one of a wide range of chilli products from Proud Phoenix. 👍

Celebrating Valentine’s Day at @sachi.melb. ❤

🐟 Kingfish tataki kabosu, pickled cucumber
🍣 Chu-maki assorted fish, takana, tuna tartare
🧈 Scallop spicy miso butter, garlic crumb
🦀 Chawanmushi snowcrab, mushroom dashi
🍚 Sachi don
🍨 Choco hoji, butter scotch, hojicha ice cream

Each course was carefully thought out, using super fresh and purposeful ingredients, resulting in a perfect balance of texture and flavours. Nothing felt overdone or out of place. Still one of our favourite Japanese restaurants.
