Life is simple.
What you put in, is what you’ll get out.
.
Mind, body and spirit.
How you think.
What you eat.
How you exercise.
What you believe.
.
If you put the time and energy into living a healthy life, you’ll get all of it back… and more.

Turning One Day into Day 1
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’ve been wanting to get into a new training routine, but constantly delaying the process.
Pushing the thoughts towards the new year.
After a good long bath, i set my intentions to wake up the next morning with a new mindset.
This week I joined a new gym and signed up for the first class available.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m sharing this because we probably all have intentions for the new year. However, I want to encourage all of you to start earlier. Why wait to get started with new healthy habits?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Excited for this new transformation and all the potential it creates.

Manifesting, is a way of shifting your energy towards a desirable goal or aspiration.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Journaling is a well-studied practice that will help you to direct your energy towards your goals and dreams.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Guided meditations, yin yoga and inspirational podcasts can also assist you with direction, and the focus you need to get closer to your dreams.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m certain that if you are working towards something with the right intention and mental focus. You will achieve it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Trust the process.

Manifesting is trending.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Maybe we are becoming more aware of what is possible.
Maybe we are synchronised with a shift in reality.
Maybe it’s our faith coming to fruition.

When I started sharing this journey, I wanted to make a positive impact.
But I needed to be there for the ones closest to me first, before I could even try to go beyond. I am so proud to see the people closest to me making more conscious decisions to be better.
And so grateful, for the all the conversations.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What I didn’t expect is how much of an impact it would have on myself.
I feel that through the process of trying to understand the idea of being the best version, I am becoming a better version of myself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As the first phase of this incredible journey comes to a close, I’m inspired for the next.
In hopes, of reaching more people to become the best version of themselves.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My hope for you, is to constantly focus on what is the best for YOU. I have no doubt that with the best in mind, you will become far better than you could have ever imagined.

Evolution
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everything in life is set to evolve in some way, shape or form.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That means, everything is constantly changing. The universe, plants, animals, species… are all changing.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That said, you don’t choose to change - it’s imminent. How you choose to manage change, however, is different.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Naturally, we are growing living organisms. Meaning, we grow to survive and to reproduce. The underlying meaning behind all of this is so often overlooked. (I’ll extend an explanation further down this caption on Darwin’s Theory)
For now, think of it like this: How many times have you survived a tough day and thought wow I made it out the other side?
Right, that’s your natural evolution of Self, preparing you for (survival) / life ahead and potentially gearing you for parenthood (if you not there yet) and/or leadership - Your purpose within the human evolution.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You know the saying, adapt or die, well that’s best described in the theory below. Those that adapt to change, work through the struggles and accept that this is the way of life, will be part of a large group of individuals that will experience Life as it’s intended.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s a short piece on Charles Darwin’s theory on Evolution.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“Natural selection is the process through which populations of living organisms adapt and change. Individuals in a population are naturally variable, meaning that they are all different in some ways. This variation means that some individuals have traits better suited to the environment than others. Individuals with adaptive traits are more likely to survive and reproduce. These individuals then pass the adaptive traits on to their offspring. Over time, these advantageous traits become more common in the population.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Remember, you are constantly growing. Do not go against the natural ways of developing your Self to find your happiest place in this beautiful Life!
