Panthers players brought amazing energy and heart as they joined the @fahrenheitclt team to serve guests, creating a dining experience to remember for a lifetime, while Grammy-winning R&B artist @anthonyhamiltonofficial & @thehamiltonesnc delivered a soulful performance!! 🔥🎤⁣⁣⠀

It was so inspiring to work alongside the Young 9 Foundation leadership team and support them in pushing forward their mission to empower youth and their support systems with the tools to embrace mental wellness and build ongoing resilience. ⁣⁣⠀⁣⁣⠀

A visit that made our week!

@bryceyoung and the @young9foundation paid a special visit to HopeWay’s Teen Mental Health and Eating Disorders campus, joining our teen clients for an art and music activity. He spent time getting to know them, answering their questions, and sharing his best advice for navigating comparison, which you can hear in this video.

Visits like these lift the spirits of both our clients and staff. Thank you, Bryce and the Young 9 Foundation, for making our teens’ week so special and for the positive impact you’re making in the lives of young people.

Take some time today to take a breathe and enjoy a nice stroll. Sit under the sun, close your eyes and inhale and exhale. What do you hear? What do you smell? Feel the ground press against the soles of your feet. Feel the beat of your heart press in the walls of your chest. Think of gratitude and list what you are grateful for. Slowly open your eyes and take another breath. Be mindful and stay grounded!

This year’s theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change,” reminds us that every story matters, every voice deserves to be heard, and no one should have to navigate mental health challenges alone.

💙 Every year, 1 in 7 U.S. youth and 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience a mental health condition. By listening without judgment, sharing our experiences, and creating supportive communities, we can help break the stigma and make it easier for people to ask for help.

At the Young 9 Foundation, we believe mental wellness is part of the game plan - on and off the field. Together, we can build resilience, strengthen connections, and remind young people and their support systems that asking for help is a sign of strength.

We were honored to have @panthers QB Bryce Young, founder of the Young 9 Foundation visit Crittenton to spend time with the women and children in our care! 🏈

During his visit, Bryce toured our facility and spent time connecting with our clients over afternoon snack. Both Crittenton and the @young9foundation share a deep commitment to mental health and family wellness. That shared focus brought Bryce's dad, Craig Young (Y9F CEO), to our inaugural Crittenton Conversations event as a panelist, making this visit a wonderful way to carry that conversation forward with Bryce in person.

Bryce left our clients with an unforgettable reminder to #KeepPounding
through every challenge as they build brighter futures.

Through our camps, workshops, educational programs, and community partnerships, we work to give young people practical tools to manage stress, build confidence, communicate openly, ask for help, and develop healthy support systems.
