There is something different about World Cup energy that you cannot fully understand until you experience it in person.

Yesterday’s England vs. Panama match was more than just a game. Even though Panama had already been eliminated based on their previous two matches, you would never know it from the way they played. What was technically just a formality turned into a display of pride, resilience, and heart. Every push forward and every near goal felt like they were still fighting for everything.

The rain came and went, sometimes pouring so hard it blurred the field, but it did not quiet the crowd for even a second. If anything, it made the moment stronger. Thousands of voices, soaked but unshaken, standing behind their teams with pure passion.

But the moment that stayed with me the most was the opening ceremony with the national flags stretched across the pitch. The chanting reached another level. You could feel the emotion in the air. People were singing, shouting, some even in tears.

It was bigger than soccer. It was identity, pride, and unity all at once.

First World Cup experience, and I already get it. This is something special.

I am hooked.

Next one… I am taking this energy global.

It’s a privilege to travel, experience different cultures, and pause to appreciate something as simple as a sunset 🌅

Thank you, Malaysia — you did not disappoint.
