“Till Valholl my sword for Tyr”

Tyr was the god of war and justice respected by all.

His death was fortold in #ragnarok he would die fighting like #Thor and #odin in the final battle being eaten by the giant dog garmr who guards the gates of hell!

The day of the week Tuesday is named after Tyr in its old English form! Tyr is my favorite god! The quote at the top is my battle prayer I created! It’s inscribed on my shield “Drengr’s Ward”

“Braver are many in word then deed!” (Grettir)

I developed my own warrior mindset the last 3 years with my training and psychology! There’s no hack or short cut it’s brutal hard work!

Failing and getting knocked down, setbacks, life will fuck you but you have to keep getting back up and keep coming out swinging!

I think everyone should strive to be the best version of themselves and find their passions and loves!

Training is such a great place to start it can empower you and improve every aspect of you’re life! There is a sport or hobby for everyone! Be Big bigger then your excuses!! Make time!

Warrior Tattoos: @breath_of_cold_black_soil I meet Marcel in a tattoo shop 3 years ago! He’s done more for me and believed in me more then anyone in my life he owed me nothing but gave me his everything my brother!

“Astra Inclinant Sed Non Obligant”

I just want everyone to believe in themselves more and chase their dreams! Please don’t stay in jobs or relationships that make you sad and don’t fulfill you for money or comfort!

3 years ago I lost everything I was very unwell mentally and emotionally and financially. But I got back up I remembered I was a warrior! I battled alcohol and drug addiction it’s so easy to lean on these things when your not happy and life’s hard!

I trained 3-5 hours a day! I studied things I loved and bettered myself and put my spare time into my passions and interests.

I worked less and focused on myself more, I spent the little spare money I had on tattoos and supplements not shit I didn’t need!

I learned to love myself again I did so much personal and emotional development as-well I really worked on myself and my problems. Rather then just ignoring them.

I rebuilt myself! I wasn’t a body builder or at all healthy or fit 3 years ago! I wasn’t a cosplayer I didn’t know anything about social media.

I just put my energy into things I loved and removed all negative people and energy from my life. Now I’m starting to reap the rewards from all that hard work and grind! Most importantly I found happiness in myself and my heart ❤️

Anyone could do this and better themselves and improve there life! Im going to make a video on this is more detail soon, describing what I went through and what I did to get to where I am! If anyone’s struggling please DM me I can show you lots of resources the really helped me a lot!

“Everything is born from change”
(Marcus Aurelius)

Just got back from an amazing week in Wales full of adventure and meditation!

Went on a #Riteofpassage with @kalonjiforde it was a mixture of adventuring activities and spiritual workshops in the heart of Wales was so much fun and very nourishing and relaxing!

We climbed mountains and quarry’s absailing down them another day we traveled down an ancient gorge in wetsuits swiming through rapids and jumping off waterfalls.

We broke bread and cooked meals together as a community and shared our experiences and problems closing the week with a fire ceremony and music and mantras

Meet some great people anybody looking for a new challenge or looking to reset or look deeper inside can’t recommend this enough

The retreat was held at the beautiful @golden_grove_retreat
such a magical place and land to spend time on and enjoy check them out will post more about this with videos soon

Feeling blessed!

LETS LOOK OUTWARDS

Why do we continue looking inwards?
Why do we fight each other about this piece or that piece of land?
Why are we not looking outwards to the West?
If we raided together, we would not need to fight amongst ourselves. We would not need to kill anymore of our young folk. But instead, offer them land, land that they can farm."
