And this is for you my high standards Kings & Queens:

❌ Not your traditional “goal-setting exercise”

🤮 I don’t start my year by listing outcomes and forcing clarity 🤮

Why??

Have you ever felt completely lost and overwhelmed by the mere idea of traditional “goal-setting”?

Like, how are you supposed to set goals if you don’t know where you’re going yet??

This use to be me.

Hell, it still is if not by this method!

And do you know what I’ve discovered?

That there’s ✨nothing✨ wrong with me!

(Let’s take that with a 🤏 of 🧂, shall we 🤪)

👉 When direction feels hard to define for us, it simply means what we’re holding for what we want carries much more ✨depth✨ and ✨complexity✨ than a traditional “goal-setting” exercise can even begin to capture and support us in.

Read that again 👆

Honestly, it’s not on you, and it’s not on me.

It’s the framework we’ve been traditionally given that completely misses our system 😮‍💨

You don’t lack clarity per se, you lack inner organization of ideas in a way that your system can ✨digest✨ and ✨extract✨ actionable steps from.

That is why I set directions differently 😏

From ways of being, not forced outcomes.

This isn’t about doing more.

It’s about respecting how you’re wired so that you can move.

If you see yourself here, you’re not lazy or unmotivated, nor as lost as you think you are.

You’re just carrying a lot of awareness, responsibility and vision - often all at once.

The people I work with aren’t unmotivated.

They are deep thinkers with high standards.

That requires a different kind of support.

Not more pressure.

More structure. More safety.

This is the place (within you) I want you to get to!

A heart that always knows the way back to its flame 🔥

But this is not where this story starts..

It starts with a very lost girl, after a very devastating heartbreak 💔

6 years ago I lost my whole envisioned future, when I parted ways with the person I had been with for almost 10 years of my life, and that was devastating 💔

Everything I thought would always be true..

Everything I once was so sure about..

Shattered

Like broken glass you can no longer put together.

And me with it.

It tore my heart apart.

Might seem like an exaggeration.

I promise you, that’s not how it felt.

This is the exact feeling I remember while crying on my kitchen floor. I don’t think I ever felt so much pain.

That was my future number 1.

Turns out it wasn’t my future at all.

Now I know that.

So much so, that I’m able to look back and be incredibly grateful for having lived that life.

Now I’m living my life number 2, and what I believe is my ACTUAL future, my Higher path.

What happened needed to happen, so that I’d be here today, just as I am, with all the wisdom I carry, talking to you.

Believe me when I tell you, the Light you see in me and my wisdom are directly proportional to the ability I’ve had to feel, to hurt, and still endure despite it.

But I didn’t just endure. I have no desire for free pain and I wasn’t going to settle for a life of suffering.

I transformed it all. And that’s my magic!

I know how to transform the biggest scars into THE STARS that will illuminate the sky of your existence.

That’s my specialty.

To remind you how fricking special you are!

What a fricking DIVINE BEING YOU ARE!

And how much POWER you hold in your hands, that was given to you, to transform your life, how you feel in it, how it feels to you!

I fricking LOVE to do this work! 🥹

Someone who gives themselves the space to create the opportunity
Someone who holds a vision & direction
Someone who decides to do themselves justice in their choices & honor the potential of their life
Someone who’s magical
Someone who’s held & supported
Someone who chooses faith in the toughest moments to persist and land on the other side
Someone who lives fully NOW because that’s the only way to end up fully fulfilled in the long run💫

Been there than that..

You expect something but you encounter something different from the idealized version you projected in your mind, that would solve all your problems.

The integration is not as smooth and easy as you imagined..

So, you get disappointed before you ask,

What purpose is this coming to serve for me?

What’s the part I’m being asked to play here when the perfection I was expecting straight away is not there?

How am I being invited to grow and become more than I’ve been so far?

Where’s the opportunity where I’m mostly seeing challenge?

These are the type of questions I teach you to ask.

Because even after I help you uncover who you are, who you want to be, and how you want show up in the world and live your life.

You’ll still be faced with having to, now in practice, allow yourself to be who you are, who you want to be, and show up and embrace what both truly frightens and deeply excites you.

This is the work we do. The discovery and embrace of you. While shifting every perspective you hold into one that serves you and your Highest truth.
