If you ask me, there are few things more relaxing than a power nap in the woods. On a blanket, with the sun in your face.
Cowboy style.

How about you? by @your_heinis

Another one.
This isn’t the first time I’ve transformed my body — and it probably won’t be the last.

📅 March 19th → 96.5 kg
📅 June 2nd → 84.8 kg (lowest point)

That’s almost 12 kilos gone in just over 10 weeks.
No shortcuts. No magic tricks.
Just discipline, structure, and relentless focus.

The lesson?
Transformation isn’t complicated. It’s about showing up every day, executing the basics, and believing in the process even when the scale stalls. Because it will. There will be days when your weight doesn’t move, when progress feels invisible — but those are the moments that separate the quitters from the ones who finish.

And I’ve proven this process works — not just once, but countless times. On myself, and on those I coach.

👉 Want to start with the basics? The Cut the Crap Challenge is live in my bio — download it, and get moving today.
👉 Need more personal guidance? I have 1-on-1 coaching spots open. If you’re serious about dropping the excuses and making a real change, DM me the word “COACHING.”

This is your proof.
This is your sign.
The only question is: How bad do you want it?

They want you to follow the herd.
To nod. To obey. To never question.

But the truth is simple:
Freedom is heavy. You carry it alone.
And that’s exactly why most people drop it and run back to comfort.

I’d rather walk my own path with scars on my knuckles than march with the crowd wearing a blindfold.

Don’t follow the Judas goat. Think. Decide. Move.

The herd runs in circles.
The lone wolf finds new ground.

👉 Stay awake. Stay sharp. Build your own way.

⚡ Stop following the noise. Start building presence. Follow my journey — and walk your own.

The forest doesn’t care about excuses.
No shortcuts. No easy path.
You carry the log yourself — or you leave it behind.

That’s the truth of nature. That’s the truth of life.

👉🏻Follow the movement. Build presence. Carry your own weight.

“Nowadays everyone wants a label. Hybrid this, hybrid that.
I don’t need a name for what I do.
I just move, push, and test myself against whatever’s in front of me.
Just building my own template. My own regiment.
Not chasing hype — becoming the storm they try to name.”

👉🏻“Join my movement — not by words, but by example.” Keep your eyes peeled👀😁

**“A man doesn’t need noise to make his presence felt.
He needs silence, the woods, and a will that doesn’t bend.

This is not play-acting. This is a way of life.
Discipline. Solitude. Presence.”**

That mirror’s small for a reason.
Yeah, check it if you have to — learn, adjust, move on.
But don’t stare too long.
What’s behind you can’t be changed,
and what’s ahead? That’s built by what you do now.

Everyone’s chasing success like it’s some point in the distance.
But truth is — the real win is showing up in the moment.
Fully here. Fully locked in.
This second. This breath. This rep. This ride.
That’s where success starts. Not tomorrow. Not ‘someday’.

Eyes on the road. Mind in the moment. Let’s go!!!

Be yourself.
Not the version they expect.
Not the watered-down copy that fits their box.
Be the full, untamed, unapologetic version of you.
The suit and the steel, the silence and the fire.
Some won’t get it.
Good.
You’re not here to be understood.
You’re here to be real.

Set your goal.
Then move like it’s already yours.

No overthinking. No doubting. Just action.
Every day a step forward. Every setback, fuel.
Stay sharp. Stay hungry.

The ones who get there aren’t always the loudest —
they’re the ones who keep showing up.
Even when no one’s watching.

Let the work speak. Let the wins come.

-Levitate-

From Latin levare — “to lift, to rise, to make light.”
That’s the mission. In body, in mind, in energy.

It’s been four years.
Four years of silence on here. No updates. No content. Just living, grinding, figuring shit out.

But silence doesn’t mean stillness.
There’s been growth. Fights. Wins. Setbacks. Long nights. Small wins stacked.
Internal upgrades. Mental rewiring. Physical rebuilds. The kind of work you don’t post — but carry with you.

This photo?
Yeah, it says a lot. But not everything.
More will follow. I don’t know exactly how or what yet — but I know I want to start sharing again.
Knowledge, stories, thoughts, moments. Things that matter to me. Things that might hit for someone else too.

Big thanks to @frankvonred for the kickstart. Sometimes all it takes is one push. You gave me that. Appreciate you brother!

And Levitate — it’s not just about floating.
Not for show.
But for real.
It’s about rising.
Above old patterns. Old fears. Old limits.
Above who you used to be.
Above that voice that keeps you playing small.

We’re here to rise.
To level up.
To levitate.

Let’s go!

❤️
