The wait is finally over! It took this buyer 666!

6 years to find a home (I worked with her for 1.5 years),

6 months in escrow, and

6 days to close!

She knew what she wanted AND needed; however, when at the mercy of The Bank, all you can do is wait. There were many factors that were out of our control, but patiently waiting is what paid off. She was able to snag an amazing deal with this property, especially because of its prime location, and craftsman charm. I can’t wait to see end-result of this home once it’s done up!
