Allow me a moment to pour out my heart. 5 years ago is when @einnoc_9 and I started to grow our family. We made a very big decision together that she would eventually quit her job to be a stay at home mom while I worked as a single-income earner for our family. I bet on myself and my family, completely changed careers, and began my journey into Real Estate.

@einnoc_9 believed in me and she knew I would make this work. That gave me full confidence to get sh*t done. Without her I don’t know if I could have pushed past all the hard times that we faced as she was taking care of 4 kids and while I was working most of the time.

But here we are.. 5 years later. Reaping the fruits of our labor. Everything we have done to this point is for our kids and now they get to enjoy this as well.

What I learned on this journey is that you cannot rely on motivation alone. This is because motivation will come and go depending on how you feel at that moment. What you need to do is figure out WHY you started your journey in the first place. (For me it was my family and finding stability.) Then when you lose motivation (which will definitely happen) you think about your WHY to light a fire under you again. Your WHY should be so clear and so strong that doing anything that detracts you from hitting your goal HURTS you inside.

Anyways thanks for listening to my Ted Talk! We just wanted to announce that we bought a house!

Party soon..

Ok this is actually CRAZY! I received 3 awards during our @kinetic_realestate Award’s Night celebration and I’m incredibly honored.

1. Kinetic Culture Award- Celebrates the person who best represents the Kinetic team culture. Thank you to my team for choosing me to receive this award!

2. Platinum Award - represents the second highest achievement in sales volume/units for the previous year.

3. Top 3 Units Award - it’s still hard for me to imagine standing next to these guys @ebarreto_25 and @thebayarearealtor. Just a few years ago when joining Kinetic I’ve always asked myself what I need to do to get on their level.. I’m not there yet, but this award is a confirmation that I’m heading in the right direction.

To my family and friends.. thank you all for your continued support. Your words of encouragement and trust is the reason why I’m here today. 🙏🏽 taken in South San Francisco, California by @youragentbryan

What an incredible transaction that involved my entire mentorship group! We sold our client’s home for top dollar in Hercules and saved them close to $200k when buying their home in Daly City! Amazing teamwork that delivered exceptional customer service and results!

Client experience is everything. How honored are we agents who are allowed to lead our clients in some of their biggest moments in life? I don’t take that for granted!

This was an American Dream story.. a story of a young family gambling everything by migrating from another country to live a better life here in the US. When L&K reached out.. they were doubtful that this could happen for them. They thought the dream of homeownership was too far in the distance. But they trusted @marc_cabangal and I to find them a path. And path we definitely found!

So happy to be a part of this special occasion for this family. We are honored and humbled that you allowed us to be a part of your journey!
