This model unit was for their 3 bed 2.5 bath floor plan, but they have another one available as well. *This can absolutely vary from lender to lender.* I made this video on my way to a showing, and then the next morning I introduced my client to a lender I had not previously known of, who had much better rates than what I said in this video. But the bottom line is, mobile homes / manufactured homes are not easy to lend on, so they are trickier deals overall! Congratulations to my clients this week on these closings! Closed my first listing! This was a 3-family in Fall River - got an offer after the first open house for $31,000 above list price, and got it to closing. Worked with a buyer in Haverhill who I’ve worked with since August and excited for them on their first home! We acted fast and got this secured for them. Lastly, one of my first ever clients who I’ve worked with since August closed on their home in Warwick! My first 7 months in real estate were a whirlwind. I spent the summer working on my social media, outreach, and business development. Once September came, things got busy and I’ve learned more than I can imagine the last few months! It hasn’t been easy but I’ve enjoyed learning, meeting people, and growing. I was able to close 2 transactions this year, as well as get under contract on 6 others between buyers and sellers, totaling over $3,000,000 in overall volume!
