Instagram is now pushing reels that are being replayed by viewers.

How do you get your audience to replay your reels?

4 ways:

1️⃣ Hooks 🪝

Use text on the screen, visual hooks like movement of a person, a call to action that prompts them to read your caption and a hook in your caption to keep them reading. Hook examples: I got in trouble… Rumour has it… All of my secrets.. Did you know this?

2️⃣ Value 🏆

Provide lots of valuable and actionable information in the captions that SOLVES your audience’s problem!
We all have problems, which one are you trying to solve? Packing your caption with value keeps your audience on your poster longer , which increases the watch time! 🔥

3️⃣ Storytelling 💬

Tell a relatable story e.g. of your struggle, where you have come from, what your goals are etc. My first miletstone goal is a €10k month from digital marketing and I am getting closer to this every day. 😍

4️⃣ Quality Content 🥳

Understand what your audience wants and needs and put yourself in their shoes. We won’t get it right every time. But keep in mind to appeal to their inner desires/ problems etc. How can you make someone’s day today even a teensy bit better? When we achieve that, we are doing it right. ☘️

Listen up class! 😛 ↴

I give it my ALL in school.

I always have. I always do. I feel an enormous responsibility for the children entrusted in my care.

As teachers we are in loco parentis and we work to ensure children are progressing personally,socially and academically.

In the past 11 years as a teacher, I have noticed an increasing occurence of teacher burn-out and teacher-break-downs due to the demands and stresses of the job.

🤯 Everything is dumped on the class teacher. And I mean everything!!

The 8.50-2.30 school day 5 days a week is just the contact time with our pupils. During that time we are expected to squeeze in 10+ different curricular areas. The same amount of hours teaching ➡️goes into preparing and assessing lessons.

Picture this: 30+ pupils in a tiny room, additional wellbeing and language programmes, child behaviour and progress plans, meetings with colleagues and parents, concern from parents that their child is not eating enough during break, demands from management to take up unpaid leadership roles,and then our anxiety throughout the night questioning was Willow in 3rd class off-form during breaktime today and did the class fully grasp long multiplication or should we revise it,but then when?I was mentally on 24/7 even in the middle of summer.

EVERY job has it stresses.I know that.

This is just a glimpse into teaching+to reach out to anyone in this boat!

The feelings of wanting to leave teaching is why I started digital marketing as a beginner side hustle, I upskilled and now I make money while I sleep!

If someone follows you, click on their page. If they are a fellow creator, follow them back. You can even message them and congratulate them, wish them the best with their business, compliment their page aesthetics etc. It is the first week of school. Go make some friends!
If they are NOT a creator, do not follow them back.
As a business page, there is no need.

2️⃣ DMs

If a potential customer DMs you, do this:
If they reply with your call to action e.g. INFO in relation to a course or product you are selling, reply a short message that is NOT salesy or pushy e.g:

‘Hi Emma! Thank you for reaching out. Are you messaging to find out more information about the course that comes with Master Resell Rights?’

If the person wants to know more, they will reply!

If they want to know more about your product, explain the essentials e.g. MRR allows you to resell while keeping 100% profit, what is inside the course,its suitability for beginners etc.At this point I would attach a sneek-peek of the product,explain why you love it, send your stan store link.Wish them the best of luck and let them know you are there for any questions or support.Then leave them alone! If they want more, they will ask.

3️⃣ Reel Support

If you are not getting much action or comments on your reels, reach out to creators with the same amount of followers/posts as you. DM them and see if they would be interested in arranging a mutually supportive IG group, where you announce a new reel and go and support each other.Or create a group.

🎯 If you spend too long writing captions, this is for you!

I don’t know about you, but I am a visual learner which is why I made you this little reel to help you to remember to do this!

1️⃣ After creating your reel, write a caption underneath as usual with a hook, main body and CTA. Include SEO words and hashtags.

2️⃣ Paste the caption into your Notes and click Done.

3️⃣ Every time you write captions for a reel, instead of thinking up captions, SEO words and hashtags, just reuse this caption and edit parts. You can then paste the text into your new reel caption.

This may seem SO simple but sometimes we need visual reminders for tips and tricks of the trade!

And with all the information we are bombarded with on IG , sometimes we can be overwhelmed. So this little tip will save you time and headspace 🫶🫶🫶

P.S….If you don’t have Notes then use whatever is the equivalent on a Samsung phone cos I am one of those Iphone snobs 😂
