We had an amazing time at Dr Rupy's studio in London! 🤩 We chatted, took some fantastic pictures, and indulged in some mouth-watering homemade food, all while sipping on Exhale coffee! ☕️✨

In case you don't know who @doctors_kitchen is, he is an NHS medical doctor and founder of The Doctor’s Kitchen. 🥔🫑🫘🥦 A ‘food as medicine’ advocate, Dr Rupy is our adviser and shares our belief that the right coffee deserves a place in a healthy lifestyle.

Can you see the bromance between Dr Rupy and Al?👬

We’re officially one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies! 🎉💚

Exhale has landed 12th place in the Financial Times’ ranking of the UK’s fastest-growing companies!

Seeing all the hard work pay off is pretty special. But even more special is knowing that so many of you have been part of the journey, believing in better, healthier coffee from the very beginning.

And we’re in good company! With so many brilliant health-focused brands making the top 20, could this be a sign that healthier, better-quality products are finally becoming the norm?

We certainly hope so. 🌱

A HUGE thank you to everyone who’s helped us get here. Here’s to continuing to raise the bar! ☕️

Learn how to wild camp like a pro, in Exhale Press ⛺

Wild camping is probably one of the most stripped-back, accessible forms of adventure out there – just you, some kind of shelter, and a very wholesome night spent under the stars (if the weather’s on-side!). Travel writer and author @sianannalewis has spent years pitching up at some of Britain’s wildest spots, and in the latest issue she shares why sleeping outside remains one of the simplest and most rewarding ways to reconnect with nature.

Enjoy the full feature in Issue 02 of Exhale Press. Read the digital edition via the link in bio, or comment WILD below for a DM with your link.

Decaf, without the downgrade. ☕️

Our Organic Decaf is decaffeinated using pure glacial water from Mexico – no nasty chemicals required.

And most importantly? It still tastes like really good coffee.

Think silky maple syrup, almonds, raisins and milk chocolate, all wrapped up in a smooth, medium-bodied cup.

Perfect for caffeine-free coffee lovers, afternoon brews and those I really want another coffee but it’s already 4pm moments. 😅

Short films are a central pillar of modern surf culture, a creative outlet for sharing stories and inspiring stoke. With a week left to enter 15th LS/FF Shorties presented by the good folk @yourexhale there’s plenty of time to add the finishing touches to that 5 minute surf masterpiece you’ve been brewing.

As always The Shorties is open exclusively to emerging and established homegrown creatives with films up to 5 mins in length exploring any aspect or angle of surfing and surf culture.

The very best will be premiered on the big screen as part of 2026 London Surf / Film Festival x @finisterre hosted 5-7 November @riversidestudioslondon

Established in 2011, The Shorties is at the very heart of the festival. For our 15th Edition and as part of our ongoing support for UK & Irish filmmaking talent, we’re delighted to reveal a £1000 prize purse and three cash awards across LS/FF Shorties x Exhale strand.

In this competition it’s not about all about big cameras or big waves, it’s about big ideas. There’s more than one way to tell a surf story… Entries are open until 14th October. by @yourexhale

Why do athletes need antioxidants? 🏂🚵‍♂️

Exercise is great for us, but hard training also increases oxidative stress as the body produces more free radicals.

That’s where antioxidants come in. They help neutralise excess free radicals and may support recovery, helping your body bounce back ready to go again.

The good news? You can find them in plenty of delicious places – berries, leafy greens, dark chocolate… and yep, coffee counts too. ☕️

Head over to our blog, link in stories, to find out more.

Find out what it takes to professional ice swimmer, in Exhale Press Issue 02 🥶

To qualify as an ice swimmer like Team GB Captain @fenwickridley, you need to be prepared to race in open water at 5°C or below, wearing nothing more than a cap, goggles, a swimming costume and – in Fenwick’s case – a world-class beard. The Northumbrian swimmer has built his life around his ability to handle freezing cold waters, and has racked up medals, from chilly sprints to full Arctic endurance swims.

Enjoy the full feature in Issue 02 of Exhale Press. Read the digital edition via the link in bio, or comment FENWICK below for a DM with your link.

Organic Dark(ish) Roast ☕️

Slightly darker than our House Roast, for a stronger, more robust brew.

Taste: Dark chocolate, nougat, dried berries, butterscotch and red apple, with a deliciously creamy mouthfeel.

Best for: Espresso lovers, milky coffees, Bulletproof coffee – or anyone who simply likes their coffee with a little more oomph. 💪
