Please help me congratulate my first-time homeowner who was determined to break generational curses and build a legacy for her children! 🥳🏡🔑💚

She was referred to me on September 26, 2025. I consistently followed up through texts, calls, and voicemails. Then in late August 2026, she reached out. She was ready! 🙌🏽

We began with a thorough consultation about her wants, needs, deal breakers, commute, and her children’s school. What mattered to her mattered to me.

After touring a few homes, she went under contract on September 3, 2026, and closed on September 28, 2026! One builder estimated approximately $12,000 in closing costs, but we revisited a home where she was able to receive $0 down, all closing costs paid, all appliances including refrigerator, washer/dryer, plus blinds. She even received a check back at closing! 💰

I know you see a plate of breakfast. I see a representation of who I used to be and who I am now. There was a time when this plate would have been empty…not a crumb left. But now, I know when to get up from the table. 🙌🏼

God is calling you into a new season, yet we keep going backward to what feels familiar. Familiarity can keep you sitting at a table God has already told you to leave.

I challenge you to be obedient and GET UP FROM THE TABLE.

What God has for you is better than anything He’s asked you to walk away from. You don’t have to understand every step to take the first one.

I’m cheering you on as you walk boldly and unapologetically into this next season.

Do it Alone. Do it Afraid. Do it with Audacity.

#30DayChallengeCompleted
Thirty days of showing up, pushing myself, and cheering others on! 💪🏼💚

Thank you, Jabecca, for your obedience to what God placed on your heart to encourage people to get moving. Your challenge to walk 2 miles or take 5,000 steps a day, along with your daily words of encouragement, inspired me to go a little harder.

I already walk 5–7 days a week, so I used these 30 days to challenge myself beyond my usual routine. Although I slipped in a few chocolate chip cookies, here are there. 🍪🤣 I added a plank challenge (ends 10/8), weights, and HIIT at least five days a week. I even tried jumping rope, but listened to my body and stopped when my knees weren’t having it! 😅

I’m proud to say I completed over 10,000 steps a day for 30 days straight and hit my daily goal of burning 730 active calories! 🤩 But one of the most beautiful parts of this experience was watching everyone show up for themselves and accomplish their goals. Every victory deserved to be celebrated.

Jabecca, thank you for creating something that encouraged us to take better care of ourselves. Your encouragement made a difference, and I’m grateful. 🫶🏻

The next stop…The Freedom in Motion: A Community Hike in Paris Mountain on 10/24. I’ve already registered. Will join me? 🥾

Let’s keep moving in whatever way works for our bodies, aiming for at least 5 days a week. Give yourself grace, celebrate your progress, and keep showing up. You are worth the effort. ❤️😘 by @yourflyrealtor
