POSTS STORIES REELS

‘desire path’ is now out on streaming services 🕊️

each of these songs started as a single guitar loop with some instruments and vocals scattered here and there - but the final product is so much more
I was lucky enough to work with @chinashine and @sethmkent (you may know them from the critically acclaimed @alrightalright ) who recorded & produced these tracks - and turned them from thoughts and lines into stories, arcs, each song a path unto itself

writing, playing, and recording these songs was a healing way for me to work through the fog of escaping postpartum anxiety and psychosis, and I am grateful for anyone who chooses to give it a listen

huge thank you to:
@nogovernors (drums)
@dan_dot_net (bass)
@chinashine (synth)
@notbrandonion (shouting)
art by @uncle.al.designs
mastered by @frickinanna

take care of yourselves and each other

tucson arizona, I love you, see you soon 💓 fun fact ~ jon & dan from @creampopmusic played drums and bass on the recordings… and they’ll be joining me for a full band set 🥲

i was explaining ‘neighbors’ to my toddler recently - it’s so much more than the people we live next door to, isn’t it? it’s the community we make with real life people experiencing real life joys and real life pains together. idk but community is something that can’t be taken from us….and shouldnt be taken for granted
