I’m not here just to sell you a home… Buying a home is more than just a transaction to me, it’s life changing! When I purchased my very first home, brand new construction. It was an accomplishment I did ALL by myself as a 27 year old single mother. My home helped me grow, it gave me security, it built my family. 5 years now and it’s the best decision I ever made!! Are you ready to purchase your future? Amanda Griffin -Your Local DRH Rep💙 📲 850-294-2494 #realtor #realestate #drhorton #home #newbeginnings taken in D.R. ENDING OUT MY FIRST FISCAL YEAR WITH D.R. HORTON! ✨ What a year it has been! 🏡🔑 As we close out the 2026 Fiscal Year, I’m incredibly proud and grateful to look back on my first year with D.R. Horton and celebrate: 🏡 27 NEW HOMEOWNERS 💰 $8.7 MILLION IN GROSS SALES ❤️ Countless memories, relationships, and dreams brought to life Every single closing represents a family who trusted me to be part of one of the biggest milestones in their lives, and I don’t take that trust for granted. I’m beyond thankful for my amazing team, my Realtor partners, my clients, my family, and every person who has supported, encouraged, referred, and believed in me throughout this first year. You all played a part in making this year what it was. 💙 Starting this journey as a New Home Specialist has been one of the most rewarding experiences, and I’m so excited to see what the next fiscal year has in store! ✨ 27 families. $8.7 million. 🏡 JUST SOLD 🔑 There are some closings that are more than just a transaction… this is one of them. 🥹 Started this one when this phase of Fallschase was just released with nothing but dirt!! After all the paperwork, waiting, and dreaming, they finally made it to the finish line — and that BIG SMILE said everything today! 😍🔑 It’s moments like this that remind me exactly why I love what I do. ❤️ Congratulations on your beautiful new home in Fallschase! 🏡🎉 May this home be filled with laughter, memories, love, and so many new beginnings. Your smile made this closing one to remember! 🥹❤️ And a huge thank you to Michael Criswell, Realtor with Naumann Group, for trusting us to be part of this journey and for bringing your buyer to us! YOUR SMILE. YOUR KEYS. YOUR HOME. 🔑🏡 ✨Most importantly, thank you to my team of hard working men to making this possible on the construction side!! If there’s a will there’s a way, DR Horton will make it happen 💪🏼 Amanda Griffin -Your Local DRH Rep💙 📲 (850) 294-2494 #realtor #realestate #drhorton #home #teamwork taken in D.R.
