my fave project apart from the pies was seeing this booth idea come to life at @purveyrfair 💫

the idea: build our own little market 🥬🍊🥧
inspired by all the fresh produce @fiasfud and i use for our pokes & pies, we turned the booth into our own playful little market by making the ingredients behind what we create the heart of the space.

thank you for your magic, Luis! You’ve brought our ideas to life and it’s beyond what we envisioned!!! 😭🫶🏻

AHHHHHH — the best-kept secret and experience of a lifetime with @toyoeatery is finally out on @netflix !!! 🥹✨

Truly a privilege to represent Filipino hospitality in the way we do best — through song, story, and a whole lotta heart. 💛 My love for food and people has been immortalized in this episode, and while I’m no food genius, @phil.rosenthal, I can definitely assure you that I will one day engrave your words on my tombstone — HAHAHA.

Massive love to the entire team for letting me shine a little light on our food culture, one dish and kwento at a time. 🫶🏻🇵🇭 taken in Toyo Eatery by @yourpiefriend

A MONTH OF BACK TO BACK PIES & POPUPS 🥧💫

Swipe thru for a little recap of one very eventful (and pie-filled) month of pop-ups, collabs, and lots and lots of baking!!!

What a privilege it is to be given the space to create, collaborate, and share our pies with more people. I’ve learned SOOOO much this month and met so many new pie friends along the way ++ even spotting the same familiar faces week after week at every new pop-up 🥹 you guys know who you are!!!

1,000++ pies made 🥧
7 new flavors added ⭐️
dozens of new pie friends made 🫶🏻
and sooo many lessons learned along the way.

Feeling extra grateful for everyone who baked, built, collaborated, showed up, shared a slice, or simply came by to say hi. shoutout to @pocketmakati @taka.mnl @fiasfud @kukido_ !!!! yall are amazing!!!

Onto the next pop-ups!!! SEE U SOON PIE FRIENDS 🏃🏻‍♀️🥧💌 by @yourpiefriend
