festies lately!

1-4. bonnaroo with some absolutely beautiful friends, new and old
5. @fredagainagainagainagainagain … no words 🥹
6 & 7. sol fest, water & sand & good vibes
8. @biggigantic at sweetwater420 (somehow their best set I’ve seen, out of a lot of shows)
9. first day of texas eclipse… no lighting + rocks + cacti = bandaged knees and all of us getting lost lol
10. last day of texas eclipse… absolutely lifechanging

I have so many more photos and videos than these, but this’ll have to do for now. More travels and adventures upcoming! But I’m reminded every time I attend one of these events how much music means to me and how human beings are truly, deeply, inherently good and capable of incredible things. If you’ve never been to a music festival, please come with me sometime. It’ll change your life, promise 🤩

the only travel tip you’ll ever need: just do it.

I’ve never regretted buying a plane ticket. only ever not buying one. when opportunity presents itself, take it. that chance may never come again.

this sunrise over tybee island I got to see last spring, after some crystal clear stargazing and champagne on the beach, because I agreed to starting a road trip at 3:30am with two of my friends. sounds crazy, and it was! but I’m so grateful I said yes anyways 🌅

so next time someone invites you to travel, whether it’s meeting them on the other side of the world, or just getting in the car, do it. you’ll only regret it if you don’t.

that’s how many minutes I spent in the air in 2023. over 42 hours. I would be lying if I said a window seat overlooking cumulous clouds, a sunset, and the wing of an aircraft wasn’t one of my favorite places to be.

last winter, I probably would have laughed in your face if you’d told me I would fly 21 times, let alone drive or be a passenger for over 60 hours of road trips. just to look at the numbers like that… my heart is full. I am so grateful for everything I experienced, and every single one of you that I crossed paths with this past year. here’s to the next revolution of our planet bringing abundance of experience, love, and adventure the way this last one did 🤍
