You have the power to become whatever it is you want. The key is, it starts with the choices we make. There are some things in your life you need to change and you won’t because you’re comfortable. Still celebrating my birthday! 🥂✨❤️

This year, I decided not to do too much because we’re gearing up to celebrate BIG for Roddy’s 40th! But one thing about me, I’m ALWAYS going to find a reason to get my girls together! 💕

One thing I absolutely love is how, over the years, God has used me as a connector of women. Bringing amazing women together, creating spaces for genuine connections, laughter, love, and unforgettable memories is something that truly fills my cup. I don’t take that gift lightly because I know I’m walking in my purpose!

Although everyone couldn’t make it today due to the storm and other commitments, the love was definitely in the room! We laughed, celebrated, and had an absolutely amazing time.

Cheers to another year of life, beautiful friendships, and being surrounded by incredible women! 🥂✨

Jamaica, you were EVERYTHING! 🇯🇲🌴🥂

This trip was MUCH needed! A reminder that life is short, time moves fast, and you have to make time to actually LIVE the life you work so hard to build.

Work hard, but baby, play even HARDER! 💅🏽✈️ Make the memories, book the trips, celebrate the wins, and enjoy the fruits of your labor. Because what’s the point of building a beautiful life if you never stop to enjoy it?

The work will always be there, but these moments? You can’t get them back.

Whew. 🥹🙌🏾 Sometimes you’re so busy working the dream that you don’t realize you’re already living it.

This weekend was one of those moments.

The long nights. The early mornings. The prep. The pressure. The sacrifices. The teamwork. And Greensboro definitely had us ROLLING. 😂🔥 But when it was all over, we had a moment to stand there, look at what we’ve built, and just take it in.

What was once just an idea between us is now something REAL.

And to think… we’re still becoming everything we dreamed about.

Leadership isn’t just about setting the standard. It’s about having the courage to protect it.

That means having the conversations that aren’t always comfortable. It means giving grace without eliminating accountability. And it means recognizing that when your strongest people are consistently showing up, they’re paying attention to what happens when others don’t.

You can lead with compassion AND hold people accountable.
You can give grace AND maintain the standard.
You can care about people AND still require excellence.

Because what you continuously allow eventually becomes part of the culture.
