From the #Y20Summit ➡️ UNGA Week ➡️ #T20Summit in New York 🎉✨

VERY excited to announce that I’ll be headed back to NYC to speak at the Think20 (T20) Summit at the @fordfoundation on November 18-19! The @y20usa_2026 is truly a gift that keeps on giving. If you’re a young advocate, I’d highly recommend them if you’re interested in getting more involved in global policy and diplomacy work.

I’ll be joining a policy leaders panel titled, “T20 and the G20 Engagement Groups: Toward Joint Actions,” which will build on the recently convened T20 Summits in Johannesburg, Rio de Janeiro, New Delhi, and Bali. 🇺🇸🇿🇦🇧🇷🇮🇳🇮🇩

The Summit will offer leading G20 engagement groups, senior policymakers, and practitioners opportunities to further contribute their knowledge & expertise in the run-up to the 14-15 December G20 Summit in Miami.

See you again soon, NYC!🗽

During #UNGA week, I had the honor of speaking at a Think20 (T20) event, “Engaging Diverse Voices in the G20 U.S. for Better Policymaking and Action in Uncertain Times,” hosted at the @fordfoundation in New York. ✨

Representing the @y20usa_2026, I joined fellow G20 engagement groups including G20 Sherpas, Women20, Labor20, Values20, and other civil society partners to discuss the digital divide, priorities in innovation and global health, and actionable benchmarks for international governance ahead of the G20 Summit in Miami in December.

All in all, I feel a mix of urgency, frustration, quiet clarity, and inspiration. Global power is shifting away from multilateralism to a bipolar world where the United States and China command a disproportionate share of global wealth and military capacity.

To be effective, health diplomacy must adapt to where real political power lies today.

Special thanks to @georgemasonu for providing travel support to this event! 🔗 Read this week’s issue of @PandoraReport at @georgemasonu for our full editorial breakdown via the link in my bio.

Next Stop: New York City for UNGA High-Level Week 🇺🇳✨

Honored to share that I’ll be speaking at a Think20 (T20) event during the UN General Assembly High-Level Week in NYC this Friday, Sept 25!

As a representative of the @y20usa_2026, we’ll be diving into the topic, “Engaging Diverse Voices in the G20 U.S. for Better Policymaking and Action in Uncertain Times,”—specifically focusing on how we govern emerging risks at the intersection of AI, biotechnology, and global health security while safeguarding food systems and health equity.

Grateful to the @stimsoncenter, @quincyinst, @brookingsinst, and the @fordfoundation Center for Social Justice for bringing this critical dialogue together. Also shout out to @lutz_of_fun at @ypfp_dc for facilitating this connection.

If you’ll be in NYC for UNGA week, let me know—I’d love to connect! 🗽

What happens when conflict comes knocking at your door? Join us for a multiplayer, geopolitical wargame set during the dramatic opening months of the 2014 Ukraine crisis.

Ukraine is fractured. Russia is mobilizing. Separatist movements are spreading across eastern Ukraine. NATO is watching, and every decision risks pushing Europe closer to a war.

Players take on the roles of political leaders, military commanders, intelligence chiefs, diplomats, and regional power brokers. Rather than simply commanding armies, players must build coalitions, gather intelligence, manage escalation, negotiate with allies, and decide when, and whether, to use force.

🗓️ Saturday - Sunday, Nov 14 - 15, 2026
🕛 All day, see event page for details
🎟️ To register, click the linktree in our bio!
Members $20 / Non-Members $45

🏛️ Elliott School of International Affairs
📍1957 E Street NW, Washington, DC 20052

Can Ukraine hold itself together? Can Russia achieve its objectives without provoking a wider conflict? Can NATO deter Russian aggression while keeping its members united? Or will a crisis that began in Crimea spiral into the largest war in Europe since WWII?

In this game, the most dangerous weapon may be the decision to escalate.

6 advisees. 16 advisors. One community.

We’re excited to welcome the 2026–2027 cohort of the YPFP Brussels Advisors Program! 🎓

Over the next seven months, our advisees will be paired with experienced professionals from across the foreign and security policy community for one-to-one mentorship, career guidance and honest conversations about navigating the Brussels policy world.

Alongside the individual mentorship, the programme brings the cohort together through workshops, skills development, networking and social events, creating space not only to grow professionally, but also to build lasting connections with peers.

A big thank you to all our Advisors for sharing their time, experience and advice, and to our Advisees for bringing their ambitions, questions and energy to the programme.

The Advisors Program is one of YPFP Brussels’ members-only opportunities, designed to connect our community with experienced professionals and help the next generation of foreign and security policy practitioners find their way in Brussels.

Welcome to the 2026–2027 cohort! We’re looking forward to the journey ahead. 🚀
