I can finally share this cosplay with you !!! I present you my Laala Manaka cosplay, version Twinkle Jewel Butterfly 🦋 I spent one year on this cosplay, more than 1000€ and many headaches. I made it for the @cfcosplay77 final which took place this week-end.
My challenge was ro create the most impressive idol cosplay I never did. I wanted to show many technics to prove idols aren't just circle skirts with some glitters.
I chose to do my 2nd favorite character ever (as I already did the 1rst for my selection): my lovely Laala. And who says Pripara says.... Cyalume change ! So I challenged myself to incorporate lighs in my cosplay. The micro, the skirt but also the wings lights up ! (even if the lights in the wings are only visible in complete dark 😅). It was really the hardest part to do, I learnt a lot but it was satisfaying. I'm ready to make it again 👀
I'll share the skit as soon as I can. I won nothing and it was fair as other contestant were SO GOOD ! I saw so many beautiful cosplay 😍 And I know my cosplay has little defaults and things which could have be done better. I have no regret because I gave everything and did my best. I learnt a lot on this project and will use this knowledge for the future and improve this beast.

Thanks to the @cfcosplay77 staff for this wonderful week-end, you took care of us very well and I didn't expect that.

Je crois qu'un petit recap s'impose non ?

Donc ce week-end à @japan.party j'ai remporté la deuxième sélection Île-de-France pour la saison 8 de la @cfcosplay77 . C'était ma 6ème tentative, et pourtant je partais tellement perdante ! Après les retours lors de ma prestation à Paris Manga, avec le même costume et la même presta, je partais du principe que je ne pouvais pas gagner. Je suis quand même montée sur scène, avec pour seul objectif de réussir ma prestation cette fois-ci. Imaginez donc ma surprise lorsque mon nom est prononcé au moment d'annoncer le vainqueur ! Mais je n'aurais pas pu rêver d'un meilleur costume pour gagner. Mon dream cosplay depuis 10 ans, qui est tatoué sur ma cuisse. LA tenue qui permet à Akari de gagner, et ce alors que ma presta raconte l'ascension au sommet de ce personnage.
Ça a aussi été possible parce que je suis bien entourée. Merci @alice_kalen_monaka pour cette super photo ! Merci à @mihoshizue de m'avoir accompagnée pendant toute cette journée et m'avoir autant aidée. Merci @mandreon.drondron , mon accolyte de concours qui est toujours là pour me rebooster. Et merci à ma super dauphine @sakurakagamine qui aurait mérité cette place autant que moi et est un amour absolu.
Et merci à tous ceux qui liront cela. Je l'ai déjà dit mais vous êtes une commu extraordinaire, toujours dans l'amour et le soutien. J'espère vous rendre fiers à la finale. Je ne sais pas encore ce que je fais, mais je ne vous trahirais pas: il y aura du froufrou et de la paillettes, je vous le promets ! by @yui_aylenia

I'm back from my little travel and I can now fully rest from this exhaustive year ! But it was a wonderful experience and I come back with many ideas.

2015 vs 2026

You probably know I'm passionate: when I love something, I do it with all my heart and it's forever. Laala means a lot for me, for many reason. My first Laala cosplay was the first idol cosplay I made I was proud of. It was really important for me to emboidy her on the big @cfcosplay77 final stage.
Today I'm happy to watch this pictures and to see my journey. I'll keep cosplaying my fav characters forever !

Yona is one of my favorite character and without a doubt my favorite manga. I made this cosplay in 2020 and many people didn't know so it made my joy to rewear her even bigger ! I'm so not ready for the end of the manga...
