She said yes. This is one of the biggest commitments I’ve ever made in my life and I just know this is right. In fact on the day I asked her to be my girlfriend, I knew I’ll make her my wife. Although we spend most of our time through video calls due to long distances, I have never once felt insecure. She gave me the love I needed. I’m excited for our next big event!

I only realised this recently, but I’ve never been to Disneyland without you.

Every Disney trip I can remember, you were there. Walking beside me, queuing for rides, getting excited over the little things, staying till the lights came on.
Somewhere along the way, without us ever deciding it, Disney became a little part of our story.

Maybe that’s why, when it came to our wedding day, we somehow found ourselves dancing to a Disney song too.
Funny how traditions begin.

Sometimes no one says, “let’s make this our thing.”

We just keep choosing the same person, again and again, and one day we look back and realise we’ve made a whole collection of memories together.

I still don’t know what Disneyland feels like without you.
And I hope I never have to find out. ❤️ by @yukee.o

We’ve been to New Bahru so many times.

For food, workouts, events, sometimes just to walk around.

But somehow, I never knew there was this quiet little space tucked away upstairs.

So this time, our date looked a little different.

No dinner plans. No rushing somewhere after. Just the two of us, lying there, surrounded by sound, light and vibration, doing absolutely nothing for a while.

And I think I really liked that.

Sometimes a date doesn’t need much happening at all.

Just a little time to be still together.

So technically, this is where Chapter 01 started. 😅

The night before everyone arrived, we were driving down to Bentong and... our car ran out of petrol.

Stuck by the roadside, with a retreat we’d spent months planning starting the next day. Not exactly part of the plan.

We made it, thankfully. But funny enough, that little incident ended up being quite fitting for what came after.

Because as much as we planned Chapter 01, some of the best parts were things we never planned for at all.

And there are quite a few stories like that.

So over the next few weeks, we’re going to share them here. Little moments, things that surprised us, things that happened in between, and bits of Chapter 01 that we want to remember.

Funny how growing older makes you notice the little things you never thought twice about as a kid. This thought came to me over dinner with my wife last night, and I felt like I shouldn’t just keep it to myself, especially when my dad is still here to hear it. by @yukee.o

Been trying to find more excuses to go look see around Singapore lately.

This time I ended up six floors above South Bridge Road at Pout.

I actually came on a weekday afternoon thinking, surely tea time would be quieter. Nope 😂 It was packed, even with the afternoon sun doing its thing.

But I kinda get it. Coffee, a rooftop, and a view of a side of Singapore we probably walk past all the time without really looking at.

Anyway, leaving this here for the next time you’re wondering where to go.

There is something different about receiving something that was made by hand.

For Chapter 01, we wanted every part of the experience to begin with intention. That’s why we collaborated with The Gentlemen’s Press to create handcrafted pressed welcome letters for every guest.

In a world where almost everything is instant, taking the time to make something by hand feels quietly meaningful. It’s a reminder that the smallest details can carry the biggest emotions, and that being welcomed isn’t just about arriving somewhere. It’s about feeling seen.
