It is the goal of most teachers to inspire their students, but how beautiful is it to have your students inspire you?

When Tori came to me to talk about running for SCASC State President I (nor our other advisors or exec team) thought twice about our willingness to help Tori and put on a state conference.

Tori is a servant leader at heart, always trying to do things for the betterment of others. She is always taking initiative to get involved, plan projects, and seek opportunities to better herself as a leader & a student.

I have attempted to put into words just how proud I am of her bravery & confidence while running for such an important position with so much responsibility, but continue to fall short.

I hope Tori is as proud of all her hard work & dedication leading up to this weekend as everyone around her is!

Well, it’s safe to say District 4 “Tackled Reel Leadership” in so many ways on Monday! Thank you to every school who joined us, and I hope that you all were able to grow as leaders, and learned lots of ideas to better your school and community. I am so proud to be a part of District 4, and I wish you all the greatest rest of your school year until I see everyone at State! Let’s go D4!!

Our hearts are heavy in the tragic aftermath of Hurricane Helene on our communities and surrounding areas.

We are fortunate to be able to continue with school here in our district with access to both power and water.

All those affected by Hurricane Helene, as well as Milton are in our thoughts and prayers. Please join us in donating to the Greenville area schools and neighboring communities to show our support.

Ideas of donations include:
⁃ Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant
⁃ Feminine hygienic products
⁃ School supplies: notebooks, pencil cases/pencils, lunch boxes
⁃ Basic clothing items (new): socks, gloves, coats, underwear
⁃ Non-perishable items: canned goods, crackers, protein bars, etc
- LED flashlights, chargers, batteries

We hope you all will consider bringing as many items as possible. The school that brings the most donated items will win a prize for their student council.
