300 bpm 💪🏼
Team training.

Working on fast tempo is important. And the most important thing is to practice it again and again and every once in a while.
Consistency.
As the training went on, we increased the bpm until we reached 300bpm.

I had so much fun working on it today.
Working on high bpm fills me with so much energy. It’s so fulfilling. It feels amazing.
I just love it. by @yulieshh

2025 you were real something.
My best friend got married and I was the happiest ever.
I had found love that ended.
I had missiles above my head.
I taught. I danced. I traveled. I met new friends. I’ve created. I’ve learned a lot.
And the most important, I was surrounded by people I love.
I fulfilled everything I wished for myself for last year.

I’m wishing myself for this year to keep exploring, learning, growing everyday, finding what makes me burn and reminding myself that I am perfect as I am. We are all perfect as we are.
2025 ended in a self research, so that 2026 would continue that and bring something amazing.
This year will be my year to shine and to do something meaningful.

I am thankful and blessed by @yulieshh
