jjsHHHH is a personal aesthetic discovery platform built to help people define their visual identity and express their personal energy✨

In a world full of fast trends and louder aesthetics, we noticed something else:
people weren’t asking for more clothes.
they were asking for clarity.
for language.
for space to evolve.

What started with assumptions shifted through research, reflection, and a lot of uncomfortable questions.
The result was a platform designed around exploration, not consumption.
Style as something living, personal, and allowed to change.

Built with an incredible team of thoughtful, boundary-pushing women (@striqele , @flaviamd @liviabadiani @nede.jouibli @yulk.z) guided by constant questioning that pushed the work further than we expected.⚡

One random thing I am doing this November is hosting a radio show on Finnish airwaves.

Throughout the month, every Monday at 17:00 EET, I'll be talking about one random thing + playing some very good tunes (according to me). It might get weird or deep but not necessarily.

This September feels especially significant to me because I’m returning to my studies. Last winter, after having to leave my job at a cultural institute, I felt a bit lost, realizing I no longer wanted to work in the cultural sector the way I did. I needed a fresh perspective, a space to explore all the “what-ifs,” and that’s how I found myself as an Erasmus Mundus scholarship holder for a Master’s in Service Design Strategies and Innovations @sdsi.master . It’s such a privilege to share this journey alongside classmates from 22 different countries, with access to incredible resources and learning opportunities, while experiencing life in Kuldiga, Tallinn, and Rovaniemi. I am deeply grateful, and I will do my best to give this kindness back to the community. ☀️ taken in Kuldīga, Latvia by @yulk.z

Yuliya is a Ukrainian cultural practitioner based in Latvia who is dedicated to fostering positive social change through cross-sectoral collaboration. She works with a diverse range of projects addressing social challenges through arts and culture. Recently, Yuliya has been part of the Sexism Free Night project to co-develop a campaign and training to reduce sexual violence and sexism in nightlife scenes.

The end of June is my favorite time of the year in Latvia. We are celebrating the nature and us being part of it. The government even gives you the days off to do it so here we are - running naked into the sea, staring at the bonfires and having beautiful dinners together amid the woods and fields, the further from the dusty city the better. So this October - 2 years since I moved to Latvia. I would never ever imagine that the decision to go to Riga for a year could put my life on "fast forward", and it's still spinning so fast that often I fail to follow. These 2 years have been full of tears and love.

Here, I find myself out of the comfort zone so many times per week that sometimes I just want to run away. I miss my family. I miss my friends. Sometimes it's all too much for me so I'm falling into the black hole of my inner world. Sometimes I'm even searching what kind of work positions I could go for in Ukraine (just in case!). At least once per month, I question myself what I'm doing here. The reasons are not that manifold but quite solid. And one of them is an invaluable experience of exploring myself. Suddenly, all the odd, beautiful and ugly sides of me became so sharp and so obvious. Moving to another country levels up my cultural awareness to the unexpected scale and gives so many new experiences, new people that very often it's too much overwhelming. (Oh well, let's not forget I like to make drama so maybe that's why my experience is so intense)

Anyways. I celebrate these two years as the wonderful times of finding my new self and neverending learning.

Extremely lucky to listen to Jan Gehl's lecture! Jan in his seventies is still full of energy and keeps making cities friendlier to its citizens. Some of Gehl's wisdom: "If you don't know what to do in life - move to Melbourne. Seriously!", "Tadaa!" ❤
