The Cruffins sell out days and WEEKS in advanced. They take the owner and baker 3 days to make each cruffin and she simply can’t keep up with the demand. When I told her I’m a food blogger and was going to shoot a video, she begged me not to, saying they are going too viral 😂 she blessed us with just one vanilla cruffin (that we paid for) and gave us a macaroon, on the house. The people walking in and out were raving while they laughed and giggled in line. I was invited to try Mango Mango in Chinatown and it’s actually been on my list for a while now. Every mango dessert you could dream up 😍 I tried the shaved ice and the sticky rice. Checked out J’s Kitchen in Naperville after seeing it on @maryamsfinds page. I’m pretty sure they’re the only spot serving halal Chinese food in the Chicago suburbs - or really of all Chicagoland.
