Spring has arrived at Yum Sing House, bringing a brighter turn to the table. 🌿

Leading the line-up is our Ginger Cured Ora King Salmon with chrysanthemum ponzu and pickled green apple, bright, balanced and refreshing, with richness from the salmon cut through by tart apple and citrusy acidity.🍏🥢

Alongside it, you’ll find Pan-Fried Choy Sum & Mushroom Dumplings, Charred Baby Cos with crispy anchovies, Pineapple Fried Rice, and a rotating sorbet of the week to finish.

New dishes on the table, $3 oysters every Wednesday, a reason to roll the dice, and a little more room to make Friday night private.

Lunch has a few new pours joining the party, and upstairs at LKF, we’re ending the month properly with Halloween, dress-ups and prizes on 31 October. 🎃
