POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This chica is 29 years young today 🤠✨ and lucky for me, my birthday falls on a #whipwednesday this year! This clip is from my birthday celebration over the weekend, and I must say it’s so hard to flow with a hat on… lmao

Definitely embracing the last year of my 20s. What a tumultuous ride it has been. So many highlights to appreciate, so many mistakes to learn from. I feel like a completely different person than when I started this decade, yet I am more tuned into my innermost self more than ever before.

And yet, the changes, learning and growth never stop. Excited to see what the years ahead bring, both on an individual and collective level. Thank you to everyone for being here on that path.

Didn’t get much footage from the @inzomusic show in Seattle so I’ll just flow to all the music after the fact of course 😛

Seriously had such a good time at that event. I’ve been in a months long depressive episode, and I really needed those moments of relief, joy and connection 💖 now just gotta integrate those lessons into my actual life…

You can almost always find me flowing at the back of any function 😎✨

Had such a great time at the @bass.n.babes event on Friday night @wonderlove_pdx 💜

It’s rare to find predominantly femme and queer spaces within the bass/dubstep scene, so thank y’all for doing what you’re doing! Got to find out about a lot of femme and queer DJs too - new fan here 🙋🏻‍♀️

Flow offers a much needed reprieve from the chaos of the mind and trials of life 🙏 I never regret picking up my props, especially when I’m going through something or needing to process big things.

Quick little snippet of some flow today for Drex’s #ultrapoigiveaway that ends today! Idk if this bonus entry will make it in time, but this sesh felt great and I’ve been connecting with my poi a lot lately, so I’m glad I’m putting it out there regardless 😊💗

Good morning 🌞 today I am celebrating my 4 year flow arts anniversary, or whipaversary since my journey started with the whip!

I don’t think I’ve ever flowed at sunrise (unless it’s because I stayed up all night lolol) but I happened to pass out early last night so I woke up before sunrise and immediately rushed outside to flow because the lighting was gorgeous and I wanted to celebrate first thing 😍 I guess this cute lil neighborhood cat wanted to join the fun too hehe

Slow movements today for the most part. Recovering from some injuries again / still, and transmuting some intense emotions that were asking me to move more slowly and with intention.

Anyways, feeling very grateful for the whip and all the props today 🫶🏻 I have gained so much from this discipline, and I don’t think I can ever fully go back now. Props and creative movement are always going to be in my life someway somehow. No doubt about it 😎 by @yunglightbender

Wanted to give some love to clips that never made the cut, while also showing love to all the friends and strangers alike who have supported my flow journey and found something positive from it. It truly brings me so much joy 🫶🏻

Y’all know who you are. Thank you!!

Also take this as affirmation that flow artists almost always appreciate you taking some time to watch and capture the moment. Just make sure to send us whatever footage you catch hehe 😘

I’ve had just about 2 weeks with my first flowstar. Been having lots of fun! Super interesting to see what translates from other props. Moreso than I thought would be the case. Flowstar weaves are basically like 1 hand 2 poi tricks in constant isolation movements. Still need to practice a lot, limited only by my poor wrists 🥲

Feel free to give me pointers or tips on whatever I need to know as a beginner!

Lazy Sunday vibes w/ a little hoop time sprinkled in 🕺 feeling a bit more confident with this prop lately, probably bc I’m not dropping it every 10 seconds any more lol
