POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes people only see the graduation photo, not the years behind it.

I came from a vocational high school in Tangerang, Indonesia. I worked in hospitality in Jakarta for years and never imagined I would one day study science in the United States.

At 26, I got married. Then couple years later, COVID changed everything. I moved to the US with my husband and discovered a new purpose in healthcare.

But first, I had to start over completely 🥲 including getting my GED. There were many moments I almost quit because the path felt impossible. I am lucky to have such supportive husband 🥰

Today, I graduate from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences.

For anyone feeling “too late,” “not smart enough,” or afraid to begin again 😉 your story is not over! 🎓✨

Me: “I finally have a day off. It’s Labor Day!”
Life: Cute. Come in for an emergency case. 🫠😂

And honestly, that pretty much sums up adulthood:
You make plans. Life changes them. You start again. You keep going.

Nothing fancy, just a day spent taking care of myself. 🌻

a little cleaning.
a little movement.
a coffee run.
meal prep.
skincare.

just resetting, recharging, and enjoying the little things. 🤍

a little midweek reset between shifts and my pre-PA journey. 🩺✨
