Hidden Lotus has won the Thailand Real Estate Awards 2026 in the Best Wellness and Family Living Koh Samui category 🏆

The concept combines contemporary tropical architecture, soft Asian-inspired lines, natural materials, and spaces immersed in greenery — where architecture, landscape, and water become one.

PARALLEL 9°

Why the ninth parallel? Because Koh Phangan lies at approximately 9° north of the equator.

The project combines the rhythm of Greek colonnades, balanced proportions and natural stone with tropical Asian architecture — deep shade, lush greenery, perforated screens and open spaces.

Seven villas follow the natural terrain. Beige stone, green pool tiles and the surrounding landscape connect the architecture to the island.

В этом сторис хочу просто сказать огромное спасибо всей команде и всем людям, которые верят в меня.
Потому что я сам знаю, насколько со мной иногда тяжело.

Я обычный пацан из Черкасс, который вырос на районе. И я бы никогда не поверил, что когда-то окажусь где-то на островах, буду делать красивые проекты, встречать чемпионов мира, жить вот эту жизнь.

И это не про выебоны.
Это про то, что невозможного реально меньше, чем нам рассказывали. Многие о таких вещах даже мечтать боялись.

Поэтому никого не слушайте.
Просто мечтайте. И идите в своё.

LUNA Gastro Theatre — Fisherman’s Village, Koh Samui 🌙

A touch of Morocco, a little European classicism, arches, natural stone, marble, crystal and plenty of deep red light. The result is a warm, slightly theatrical fusion — not just a place for dinner, but a place to truly experience the evening.
