'Conversations' was born from the noise outside that became the silence within - from the terrifying quiet that comes after you’ve built all your walls and finally have to sit behind them, alone with your own thoughts.

It starts in the fog: that oblivion we create for ourselves. It’s for looking at the concrete blocks you placed yourself and asking, why? It’s about the profound dissonance of feeling worlds apart from everything when your soul is screaming for unity.

The pre-chorus is the pivot. It’s the courage to speak your own truth, outright and proud, to yourself first. It’s the discovery that peace of mind isn't a destination you find, but a space you clear over and over again.
The chorus is the anthem that comes from that discovery. It’s the release.

This song is that first crack in the concrete. It’s the guttural decision to explore inside, to trust your intuition. A reckoning with self.

This offering is my hand on your shoulder, telling you I’m in the fight, too. This is for anyone who's ready to listen. To themselves.

'Conversations' is yours tomorrow 🥺😌
