Last night’s 5K squad at Nike! Join is EVERY THURSDAY at 7pm at Nike Pembroke Gardens for a community 5K(3.1mi) run and/or walk. All levels welcome, and we try not to leave anyone behind! We are also stroller friendly. It gets dark during the run, so bring those lights 🔦

I wear a lot of hats in this running space.

Sometimes I gotta sacrifice a workout for easy miles and vice versa. But at the end of the day, I’m just happy to be getting paid doing what I love.

To the @on staff, thank you all for the hospitality. You all made this trip to California seamless.

To all the other athletes I met from the other countries, much love to you all and job well done competing. by @yvansee

Every step can make a difference. Every mile can bring hope. ❤️

We strongly encourage you to participate in the Hair Peace & Hope 5K Run/Walk on October 24 at 7:30 AM at Miramar Regional Park as we come together to support those living with MCTD and other autoimmune conditions.

Run for someone you love. Walk for someone who needs hope. And finish strong—cash prizes await the Top 3 Male & Female finishers! 🏆💰

Let’s run with purpose. Let’s run with heart. ❤️
