Wrapping up our 4th annual Fitness Against Cancer with a full heart🥹🩷

Our final event was especially meaningful as we came together to honor and support Josie, a breast cancer warrior in our very own community🎗️

Something Josie shared really stuck with me. Despite staying on top of her mammograms and appointments, it wasn’t until she noticed a change herself that she discovered she had breast cancer.

Her message to all of us? Be your own advocate. Know your body, pay attention to changes, and never be afraid to speak up. Early detection matters🩷

This is why we continue to bring people together through movement, year after year. And with @letsyncup, we’re making it easier for even more people to find their community, build meaningful connections, and move with purpose✨

A huge thank you to @thewellstudio_ and @terridaszko for welcoming us into your beautiful space, @laphinvida for the incredible coffee and special strawberry latte 🍓☕️, and @transparentlabs for keeping everyone hydrated!💧

To everyone who showed up, donated, or supported us along the way, THANK YOU. None of this would be possible without you.

And to Josie, thank you for sharing your story. We’re all standing beside you 🥹🩷

The most magical day celebrating our princess 🥹🎀

There are so many thank you’s to share, this day truly wouldn’t have been the same without the love of everyone involved.

@willowglenherbalista thank you for welcoming us into the most beautiful space and making the entire experience feel effortless. From the setup and florals to every little detail, you helped bring our vision to life so beautifully.

@asimexicanfusion is one of our favorite date night spots, so it was only right to have them be part of such a special day. 🥹 Thank you for the most delicious food and for making sure every guest was taken care of, including their dietary needs. Beyond the incredible food, what means the most is the love you put into everything you do. So grateful to call you more than friends, but our family.

And @hectorgrcia1 , thank you for creating the dreamiest backdrop and decor for our little princess. You understood the vision so perfectly and made everything feel like a fairytale.

And to our family and friends who showed up, helped behind the scenes, and showered our princess with so much love, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. These are the moments we’ll cherish forever.

Our sweet baby girl, you have no idea how loved you already are. We can’t wait to meet you 🩷 by @yvettevfit

Four years of bringing our community together for something bigger than fitness 🎀

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who showed up and helped make our kickoff at @formasanjose so special!

What started as a simple workout has grown into something so much bigger. Every year, we’re reminded of the power of community and what we can accomplish when we come together for a cause that touches so many of our lives.

This year, we’re also hoping to make an impact close to home once again by supporting a breast cancer warrior right here in our community. We’ll be sharing more about how you can help support her journey as we continue our October activations. 💗

A special thank you to @formasanjose, our incredible Coach Ana @coach.ana_ and everyone who contributed to making this possible. We couldn’t do it without you!

And we’re not done yet! 🥹🩷 We have more Fitness Against Cancer events happening throughout October, so if you couldn’t make this one, we’d love to see you at the next!

Here’s to another year of moving with purpose and making a difference together ✨
