TALES FOR GROWING SUNFLOWERS HARVEST EDITION.
COVER ART: @yyounggy
For the past seven years I’ve written poems at random. Some to express the deepest parts of me. Others simply observing what’s going on. I first wrote tales for growing sunflowers in 2021 during Covid. It was rushed, not polished at all, but I wanted to put some of my work out there to inspire or to connect. This book had the same intentions with more attention to detail as well as more knowledge and experience behind it. I wrote it to detail the process of growing and emotional introspection we face as get older and I hope you enjoy. This won’t be my final book by a long shot. Just the beginning. I hope you find time to enjoy more poems I share amongst other fun creative ideas. Or me just chilling lol. What was once a hidden hobby is something I would like to share with you all. (Tip of the iceberg) Thank you kindly.

3 years ago I made this video project, because I couldn’t stop thinking about the neighborhood I grew up in…I had this strange habit of searching up my old address in Illinois and wandering around on Streetview, just to reminisce a little 🦋 I included a screen recording of me doing so alongside old childhood videos, pictures of my childhood home, and drawings I made. As soon as I finished making this, I stopped obsessing over childhood memories. Weird how that happens

Originally I made a mailbox out of cardboard with a little holder for your phone to watch this video in! The song is Dorothy by Sulli, my forever inspiration by @yyounggy
