Located in the heart of the historic Miyagawa-cho geisha district, this 89-room sanctuary was designed by the legendary Kengo Kuma.

Chef Fei specializes in Cantonese and Chaoshan cuisine, while Executive Chef Chen Sheng has over 30 years of experience in high-end cooking.

Together, two chefs present classic dishes that blend modern elements. You can savor a variety of delicacies, including exquisite seafood, authentic Cantonese roasted meat, exquisite dim sum and remarkable soups, all handcrafted using quality ingredients sourced from various seasons and regions.

It has been a while since my last visit to The Chairman, but regardless of the time that has passed, the quality of the dishes remains impressive.

A legendary Central favorite, it is rewriting the rules of Cantonese cuisine. Dining is much like a musical performance, with each dish serving as a note that contributes to a harmonious experience. A special thank you to Danny for organizing the menu for us 🫶🏻

Reflecting on my trip to Dubai in early June, I feel privileged to have dined @restaurantfzn . This restaurant, recognized in the @michelinguide Dubai 2025, opened less than a year ago and offers an exclusive experience with only 27 seats each night.

⭐️⭐⭐ MICHELIN-starred, FZN by @bjornfrantzen brings his extraordinary vision to Dubai, blending modern European fine dining with Japanese influences.

🔔Upon ringing a doorbell, you step into a remarkable dining atmosphere that resembles a cozy home. The evening begins in a Scandi-inspired lounge, where guests enjoy canapés and aperitifs. After these delightful bites, we stroll through the kitchen, where the chefs showcase the freshness of the day’s ingredients. As we pass by the wine cellar, we are led to dine in front of an impressive open kitchen. The service feels like a performance, transforming each course into a captivating show.

The menu features a stunning array of dishes that beautifully blend Asian and Scandinavian influences, utilizing exquisite ingredients like shellfish from the Norwegian Sea. The team’s skill and attention to detail create a perfect harmony of flavors and textures in every dish.
