Christina in the water with the OG Leica SL 601 and the Leica SF60.

This one is all about the timing. Hair up, flash firing, water still in the air. Miss it by a second and it is gone.

Christina on the OG SL 601. Loving this body. The colors off it are really good.

The YouTube video is up if you want more pictures and BTS. Link in the bio.

Christina in her second swimsuit from the shoot!
The Leica SL 601 has no IBIS, but honestly, it’s not needed when you are shooting outside in the sun. Just run a faster shutter and you are fine.

New video is out now featuring Christina! We are revisiting the original Leica SL 601 in 2026, and honestly, the battery life on this thing is still unbeatable compared to the rest of the SL series.

Check out the full video at the link in the bio!

Christina on the Leica SL 601. Third time owning this camera. I keep selling it and then talking myself back into it.

The YouTube video is up. Check it out for BTS and more pics. Link in the bio.

Going back to the Leica SL 601 for the third time. The YouTube video will be dropping soon. Third time owning it, still not tired of it. That says something.

Christina on the original SL 601.
This camera is 11 years old and the focus still keeps up. I keep waiting for it to feel ancient. It just does not.

Happy Birthday Christina!!

This is her first bikini look from the shoot. Shot on the Leica SL 601. One of the best things about this body is the color. I still prefer it over the later SL series of cameras.

I packed other lenses and still came home with the 35mm Summilux glued to the M10-P. Hard to argue with the photos.

I keep saying I will swap lenses next time. Then the 35mm Summilux stays on the M10-P and Katrina does the rest.

I keep telling myself the M10-P needs more than one lens. Then I look at the photos and realize this 35mm already did the job.
