When the feedback hits this hard you just don't keep it quiet.

Thank you to everyone that came to #beatsandfeets last night. It was nothing short of spectacular! The costumes were 👌!

We really want to see your photos / reels etc so please tag away and use the hashtag #beatsandfeets

On a serious note, last night was also about raising awareness for the #liftthecurfew campaign organised by @englandathletics . Lift the curfew is all about helping women to feel safer when out running after dark during the colder months. Unwanted attention can be intimidating and that's just not right. We can't change attitudes overnight but as far as making a statememt is concerned - we think we did that very well last night!

Thanks again for making it a wonderful success on the whole and please tag away! by @z2_apparel

Pacing……. Is it worth it?

100%. The feeling of giving back to your local running community is awesome.

Helping others to achieve their PBs is an amazing wholesome feeling.

Grateful for @exetercct allowing me to help other runners achieve their goals and already looking forward to the half marathon in February🫶🫶 by @z2_apparel
