We’ve been super slow at posting our illustration work lately. But we finally found some time to edit and put together a bunch of projects from the past few months.

Editorial illustration for @weekendavisen.dk

The article examines the AfD’s battle over culture and its attempts to reshape German identity through architecture, literature and the arts. It critically looks at the party’s rejection of Bauhaus and modernism in favour of a more traditional, nationally defined image of German culture and history.

Some recent paintings from the last few months!

This year, we wanted to try a new painting routine and focus more on the process. (If you know us, you know we usually arrive at the wall hyper-prepared.) So we decided: no sketching, no pre-planned concepts—just embracing the process, interacting on the wall, and responding in the moment.

Turns out it’s actually a lot of fun! Of course, not every piece is gold, but that’s part of it. The more you learn to trust the process, the more you realize that not every idea needs to be fully formed from the start. Sometimes things just click once you’re at it. taken in Berlin, Germany by @z_e_b_u
