“Success” looks so different now ⬇️

The closer I get to 40 the more o think about it.

Years ago I was trying to prove to everyone that I could do it all. Have a job, a business and a family.

Now I just want freedom and choices.
🤎To spend time with my family.
🤌🏼To slow down whenever I want.
💸To earn well without life revolving around work.

Im still ambitious AF!

But I refuse to sacrifice so much anymore.

And it’s what I love helping other service based women create for themselves too.

More income through leverage. Not just seeing clients.
More choices for how, when and where they work.

It’s become my life’s work over the last 5 years!

How I can ACTUALLY switch off for a week ⬇️

I know you’ll see someone else’s reel today saying “taking your laptop on holiday is the price of working for yourself.”

I disagree.

I was away last week with my family and didn’t think about work once.

I was in the sea with my kids, not half there, half thinking about a client message from the day before. Fully there.

I’ve been that woman in the past, on my laptop, from a sunbed.

It was fucking exhausting and made me irritable. I’d be with my kids but not really “there”

This is what actually changed it (and it wasn’t hiring a VA)

✨ It was a decision to stop being the business owner who proves she’s working hard by being available 24/7.

Because that’s what the laptop on holiday thing was... it was me trying to feel pride and recognition.

I needed to be needed so I felt like I was worthy enough of high level income.

Turns out that wasn’t helpful! It just attracted more neediness and unrealistic expectations.

And I deserved some bloody downtime.

So I changed how I measured my “worthiness” - not how fast I could reply to a DM. But how I held my standards when no one was watching.

Now I know HOW to leave it the fuck alone - no spiralling no “everything’s about to fall apart” thoughts.

I can actually switch off.

And the business grew after I did.

Which is exactly why the first thing I do with clients is their identity re-code™️

One offer that solves one clear problem.

One offer you can continually improve instead of constantly creating something new.

I wanna make sales without having to manually chase every single one.

Simple automations.

Clear customer journeys.
