After nine fun competition seasons with amazing friends and riders... Not gonna lie, I was going to retire and move to Topeka! Once I got back from Andorra, @katarinaseibert and I took a road trip from Vail to Whistler... Though I missed @fwtqualifier finals, I realized stopping this train was a crazy idea. Yesterday, we were back on the lifts and feeling great. Stoked for another chance to earn a spot on the @freerideworldtour ! "Big Lines on Big Days" is a recap of last season. We ventured to one of our favourite places on August 16th for some fresh powder skiing and were astounded at what a difference a year makes. The "glacier" is the smallest I've ever seen it and that breaks my heart... but this guy on @reddit saw my first run and told me to "do something cool next time." I thought i did by just surviving, but this was the next run. We try to make the most of every sketchy ice patch with rock creek trap doors... but you know what they say about critics. July 5th's mission was a 12+ mile jaunt into a glacial wilderness filled with waterfalls, flowers, and suncupped turns. Going around a friendly moose family set us back a bit, but we still made it to the car before midnight. 10/10 would recommend. (If you're into that type of fun.) ➡️🫎🏞 #turnsallyear month 130

Close Encounters of the Moose Kind: Our July 5th, 2026 ski mission took an interesting turn when a mom and baby moose were loungin on the trail back. Once it was clear they were in no hurry, we made a scramble as far around them as possible. They kept their eyes on us the whole time, letting us pass only because they said we "seem chill and had pretty dope lines back there." 🫎🏂🏾 #turnsallyear month 130 taken in Hï Ibiza by @zach5280

@arapahoe_basin was kind enough to give us two extra weekends and a chance to ski (and snowboard) Lake Reveal. (On the same day.) Closing day number six of the tour was especially bittersweet and in true Colorado fashion, it snowed heavily the next week. At least the backcountry never closes. ☃️ #pondskim
