All glory to God | Bard Baseball ‘30

I am unbelievably excited, proud, and honored to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic careers at Bard College! First and foremost, without the unwavering guidance of my faith, this would not be possible. To my family, you guys have always been my number 1 fans. I cannot express enough gratitude for the sacrifices you made to put me in the best position possible to achieve my dream. Thank you to all the coaches that helped me throughout this process; I couldn’t have done it without you! Special thank you to all the coaches @velouniversity. Your constant support turned me into a college athlete. Lastly, huge thank you to Coach Roberge, Gomez, and Salvatore for this opportunity! Let’s get to work; Go Raptors! #agtg #goraptors taken in Bard College by @zach_strz

I gave it everything. Grateful my book is still being written, but closing this chapter really hurts. Thank you @ryeneckbaseball for the laughs, smiles, tears, and lessons over the last 5 years. 25 out. #chop taken in Rye Neck High School by @zach_strz

67 to 84 mph. 2.44 to 1.89 in two years. He didn’t just improve his numbers. He grew into his body.

Zach came in as a sophomore with size but limited strength, mobility, and control. Instead of forcing mechanics, the focus was building a foundation he could actually move from.

Strength in the weight room, better stability, and more athletic movement behind the plate. Over time, everything started to connect.

Now he’s heading to play college baseball. taken in Velo University by @zach_strz
