I should of been a fire fighter.

I actually applied to be long Beach fireman in 2008 but I didn't pass the test I was at a 69 you needed a 70, I wasn't smart enough.

Physically I can do anything required to save someone, and because I have that capability I feel responsible to help others who could use a hand.

Night or day, black or white, Sony or Iowa , I fit in all stereotypes ☀️☀️☀️

Go help somebody! It takes 5 minutes

I am building my body with plants, primarily and mostly fruit.

Soursop. Pumpkin seeds. Walnuts. Mushrooms. Kake. Dark chocolate. Coconut. Mango. Pickles. Tomatoes.

Oats. Quinoa. Hemp seeds. Almond butter. Cherimoya.
Passion fruit. Smoothies. Acai bowls. Tacos. Beans.

So many foods I could never even mention. Even plant based low sugar unfried "junk food" is a great option. Gluten free grain free cookies etc.

I am eating the best I ever have, and I am 175 and slowly gaining!
