We’re opening a wellness studio on Provo Center Street!

It’s called Clay and we’ll be offering yoga, pilates, sauna, cold plunge and massage. It will be located on the bottom floor of the @thread_wallets HQ. We’re so close to opening and we couldn’t be more excited to bring this to @downtownprovo!

We’ve spent 2025 working so hard (but also having so much fun) building this project with our friends @catrina_medeiros, Colby Bauer, @riverleewilde and @alexlekins

Hi! Update.

Roseburg has like 120,000 monthly listeners on Spotify now. Nothing changed. Hahaha. I love that it was that song to do it, though. Nothing in that project has come easy. But we know what we’ve got. We’re also playing Kilby on Aug. 7 if you want to come see us. Playing live makes me want to throw up.

Sierra and I are the busiest with work we’ve ever been between 3iM, Thread, and a few new projects we’ll be able to share more about soon. Between all of that we’re trying to keep up with the kitties and our garden. I kind of failed the garden this year but the kitties are alive.

This is my pet bat, Tula 🦇

I named her after Bamma, who would be 83-years-old today. She was so great. So creative and full of wonder. A wealth of knowledge. I miss being around her and soaking in her love. Haven’t seen her in almost 10 years. Can’t imagine having to wait another 50+.

Anyways, love these two kitties. The gray one is named Bunny. We rescued them both on Easter and they’re healthy and happy. Just like me fr. by @zachknell

Roseburg’s new anthem “The Earth” is a somber, emerald scream into the void. We welcomed the US-based indie rockers out to tmrw HQ for an interview, photo shoot, and an exclusive live studio performance of their cinematic new single. Okay, here is the sappy post about the new song. But, come on, it’s Thearth. Anybody who knows me knows how much this one means to me and how much of a long time coming it’s been.

The first day we took Thearth to the studio, I came home and listened to an early mix and just cried and cried in my kitchen.

Part of it was how proud I was of it. I felt like I had finally made the song I’d been chasing since I was a kid. Hundreds of songs deep. The kind of song I could say, “Hey, this is the best I have to offer at this point, so whatever the results may be, I don’t mind.”

The other part of it was complete catharsis. It felt like an echo from the past and a call for help to the future, all wrapped into one present moment of fully letting loose all the raw emotion. Years of anger of things not going my way. Years of joy making music with my brothers.

This is music at its very best - a healer.

I will not be part of the 27 club 🎉

Today I’m 28 and I took the day off with a goal to just be here. Be in my body. Let time pass, but not on accident. And man, I really am just feeling really grateful. I have a lot of love for myself. I absolutely love my brain and my memories. I love my wife so much! I love my parents and my siblings and my friends. I am surrounded by very cool people and have had a very cool life already.

My intention for this next year is to not label my life and aspirations as “working” or “not working”. “Successful” or “unsuccessful”. It has all already worked and is working.

I wrote a few weeks ago, “Life is not about accolades or productivity, it’s about appreciating your body, paying attention to the weather and touching the earth, making things, and interacting with others. It’s also about being silly and laughing and being moved and crying.”

I’ve always been somebody who battles with time. It’s often felt fleeting, and it makes me sad. I’ve put so much pressure on myself to white knuckle grip every moment. But last night I basically told myself, Zach, I want you to know, you do care. You’re noticing! And that’s enough. I’ve been here! And I’ve tried!
